Claudio and his team did an excellent job on our apartment update. From start to finish they were pros in every respect. Claudio is a great team leader - he knows his stuff, knows good sources, and keeps quality, budget and what the end result looks like in mind. He's very transparent in his process of estimates and billing. Overall, they were respectful of my budget, my time and of my space, and were always solution oriented. Claudio and his crew did a fantastic job renovating my large rental apartment. At the very start he was attentive and responsive to all my questions and inquiries. He put me at ease with his knowledge and his ability to resolve any issues that were a concern to me. The quality of the work was far beyond what I expected. He is honest and affordable and his goal is to keep you as a future customer. He was able to provide great advice and had the resources to coordinate all the complex issues that came up. He was willing to work with exactly what I wanted to accomplish. His thoroughness extended to resolving electrical and plumbing issues and going beyond what I expected. He pointed out issues to me that I did not realize without recommending unnecessary work and finding work arounds that always fixed any issues. He and his workers are great mechanics that are concerned about providing a great service. They are conscientious and want to do the work the right way. They provided additional work to walls, radiators, plumbing, closets, countertops, and floors. In some of the rooms they had to paint multiple coats of primer and finish coats to get the rooms in great shape due to the poor condition that existed. Their goal is to get the job done with the highest quality. I am very happy to have found Domus Solutions and will call them in the future for many home improvements needs.

I found Domus Solutions Corp. through Houzz. I needed some renovations in 2 bed rooms/ 1bath coop.Claudio/ contractor responded quickly with the estimate. In the beginning I thought I will not be able to hire him because the estimate was out of my budget, but he was open for discussion, and after some modification we both agreed. Claudio comes to check his worker on the daily basis. The finishing time was 2 weeks delayed. Please make sure to write down every single item which needs to be done for your project and be specific otherwise he will charge you.

Great work for a decent price. Domus will stick with you if Job gets complicated. Claudio is a terrific craftsman and has very reliable sub contractors. My place went from post college to sophisticated ny professional thanks to Domus!

Domus Solutions did an excellent job in completely remodeling my 3 floor house from plastering, sheetrocking, painting, putting down wooden floors to remodeling my 4 bathrooms with tiles. They made all my wood furniture from bed to dining room table, vanities, dressers and they did a wonderful job. I was also very happy with how professional and detailed they were. Maria G.
