I have been supplying door hardware/architectural hardware for Drake Builders for over 10 years. The quality, expertise and attention to detail that they produce, is above and beyond the "industry standard". It for sure surpasses a lot of work that I've seen over the past 13+ years that I've been in the industry.

We just finished a 2-car garage and bonus room addition that included the renovation of an existing mudroom, reconfiguration of our driveway and a total redo of our exterior drainage system. Drake Builders didn’t miss a detail in this large job. The owner, Jason, was on-site and available every day of the project. He is always on time and has incredibly high standards for himself and the contractors he uses. He took the good and the bad, and all of the worry and stupid questions, completely in stride. He made me and my wife feel that if it was important to us, it was important to him. He told us throughout that the house is “his” until the end…and he 100% treated it that way. The end product is gorgeous. It is exactly what we envisioned and then some. We have already started to spread the word about Drake Builders and recommend them highly and without hesitation. I’ve worked with Jason Drake more than 7 years. He not only restored my 1920s colonial home, but he renovated the core of the house flawlessly while adding current touches for today’s living. He came within our budget and his team was great to work with. His subs were always happy, friendly and always eager to engage with me, my kids...even my dogs. Jason does a great job. He's take a personal / relationship approach and is very hands on during a project. This was a whole house redo and then some ....THEY were right on schedule. The budget of course changed, only because I kept adding on things, Each and every person that came to the job, painter, mason, electrician , roofer, carpenter etc etc were all TOP NOTCH. I never once had a problem with any of them and they all came to work with a smile on their faces. I always will be very grateful to them for making my house a home once again, especially after it was a very tired, lived in house.
