Cuco and team helped us renovate 3 bathrooms and our lower level basement which included a kitchenette and a bedroom with closet expansion . They also did a few smaller jobs for us while on site that we asked if they can squeeze in. Overall they did a superb job - from the very beginning with design and planning with their designer Marina, it was our first time renovating so they took the time and Vincent answered all our questions without rushing, which took some time. During the project they tried their best to work around our family needs so we didn’t have to move out. Their craftsmanship, quality and attention to detail is amazing, I did not have to worry at all. They are also great communicators, always proactive and planning ahead. When unexpected issues arise they are always patient, professional and fair. Their onsite team is professional and courteous, they always leave each day clean and organized so it’s easy for us to see the progress. Definitely recommend Cuco and team if you are looking for peace of mind, good communication, high quality and good partnership. We’d definitely work with them again!

I collaborated with Cuco and his team at DRC on our additional room projects, and was pleased with their services. Cuco and team at DRC Construction are great! I can’t say enough good things about this team. They were professional, courteous and friendly while doing an excellent job on our project which was a detached garage/shop with office, living space, and bathroom on the second story. I was really impressed at the quality of their work as were friends who have been around construction a long time who commented on several occasions that we lucked out finding this crew! We hired DRC Construction for a basement remodel and the re-construction of an interior staircase, We have worked with several contractors in the past, and obtained estimates from many contractors before starting this project -- Cuco and his team were by far the best. Their bid was reasonable, they showed up when they said they would, it was easy to communicate with them throughout the project, and they finished on time. When we ran into unexpected issues (inevitable in our 1902 home) they came up with creative, thoughtful solutions. Their work was exceptional, with excellent attention to detail. They carefully protected our space while they worked and took pride in the completed project. The team worked extremely well together on site, and they are just genuinely lovely people. I highly recommend them, and hope to use them for all my projects moving forward.

DRC did an incredible job building a detached studio/home office for us this fall. We didn't know anything about construction, and we weren't sure exactly what we wanted or how to approach the project. Vincent and Cuco came to the property and helped us design and place a structure that was exactly what we needed and that could be built quickly while staying strictly within county guidelines. The project started almost immediately, and they finished in just over a month! The crews were always polite, kept our property neat, and everyone really seemed to take pride in the final product. Our new studio gives us a beautiful space, a whole new area of our yard that was unusable before, and will add value to our property. We can't say enough good things about DRC -- would hire them again in a heartbeat!
