The project, a rear deck, was completed professionally and with care. All personnel were totally professional. The work was completed in a timely fashion and looks superb. I recommend this company and all of its staff for any work which one might need in a home building project.

Eric and his team essentially gave us the ability to more fully enjoy our house by giving us more outdoor and indoor living space without actually building an addition. We had a covered outdoor area that was basically a home for flies. He transformed it into a gorgeous playroom for our kids. You cannot tell from the inside that this room used to be an outdoor space, and you cannot tell from the outside that this room isn’t a seamless part of the house’s original floorplan. We also had an overgrown patch of dirt around the back that no one was using. He transformed it into an outdoor sitting space, perfect for gatherings, and built a gorgeous patio cover that holds our kids’ swing—a non-negotiable! Oh, and he did such a great job with these things we hired him midway through to upgrade our heating to a state of the art HVAC system. Throughout the whole construction process, Eric and his crew were friendly, full of good humor, and transparent. If things were delayed due to materials being delayed, he was honest and upfront with us and made up the time wherever he could. His crew kept things neat and clean, and always respected our space. There were no hidden costs, no changes to the plan without full explanation, and I could always reach Eric if I needed him. Other constructors gave us higher quotes for longer timeframes. I cannot recommend Eric and his crew’s work enough! You should hire him—you won’t regret it.
