Outside looks great, I'm struggling a bit with us coming down the stretch, but we're not quite done. Maybe this is par for the industry at this point, but delays in getting subcontractors on site and sometimes subpar communication is more common than I'd prefer. I will come back once we are complete and add a final review.

We hired Edgedale to tear down the existing attached garage and rebuild. They were easy to work with and the finished product is great! They even worked with us to change the scope of the project while in the process of the build.

Victor, Julia, and team did an excellent job on my deck build. They were great at communicating and taking feedback. I was able to select the decking and design I wanted from a large selection and the team built everything to my specifications. The deck is very well built.

From the initial design, to the build, to every interaction throughout the process, Victor, Julia and their team of builders were an absolute pleasure to work with. Our deck was in terrible shape and needed some TLC. Edgedale came in and gave an estimate that was very reasonable. The project was completed in a timely manner and the workmanship was excellent. We have received many compliments on the finished project. I would highly recommend Edgedale and would be happy to talk with anyone who has questions.

We had an outstanding experience with Edgedale Development LLC. They built us a deck and we love it! The owner, Victor, brings a wealth of knowledge, he is very professional and easy to work with. He met with us, looked over our space and explained the process. He also gave us ideas and made suggestions which made our decisions easier. Once the work began, Victor kept us informed every step of the way. His employees are hard-working and neat. The space was cleaned up daily. In summary, Edgedale Development LLC did a great job! We love our new deck and we highly recommend this company for your building and remodeling needs.
