Tom and his crew did an excellent job renovating our basement. They replaced drywall, installed french drains and a sump pump and renovated an old bathroom. They also created a utility room that was not part of the original plan, but was a welcome addition. We are extremely pleased with the results. He and his crew were attentive to the smallest details. The work was completed on time and on budget. He is well versed on structural capabilities and particularly good on remediating water issues. We plan to use him for additional carpentry work at another property we own.

Hired this team to remodel the guest bathroom at my parent's house. Did a superb job at a very attractive cost. Could not be more satisfied. This company also remodeled most of a friend's house in Lake Forest with outstanding results.

Tom and his amazing team just completed our master bathroom remodel. He added his trademark built in shelves under the shower head which we love. Tom (the owner) was with us every step of the way. He went with us to pick out tile and he even passed on his contractor discount from the store to us. His team is excellent, they always removed their shoes whenever possible, they always had protective drop cloths down to protect our floors and they cleaned up and vacuumed every day so we didn’t have to live with debris and dust! I couldn’t recommend Tom or his company highly enough. The best part was the project was completed 2 days ahead of schedule and over $1k under the estimated price. Thanks Tom!

Tom has now remodeled 4 bathrooms for us and done a host of other projects at our home. He is friendly, professional and easy to work with. Tom's positive attitude and can-do approach take the fear out of a large remodeling project. Growing up on the North Shore, Tom understands the expectations of the high-end customer and has taken good care of us both during and after the project. The results are spectacular; truly magazine worthy!

Edson Developments did a great job on my last place, we redid the bathroom and it was gorgeous! I plan to hire them again to redo my kitchen, add a bathroom, and finish an unfinished basement!
