Horrible experience. Our project manager changed four times in a few months. Nobody ever knew what they were doing. You sent us a final bill and as you can see my door isn’t even on the hinges, live electric outlets not covered. The flooring was replaced by a subcontractor whom I recommended. It looked great until the finishing was taken off by their finish carpenter. All had to be redone. Then they tried to charge our insurance for it even though it was a mistake they made!! When I spoke to Troy about it he told me I didn’t have to worry about it because all I have to pay is the deductible. No wonder insurance premiums are so high!!! Plus they sent us a bill for several thousand more than what they completed. They installed first the wrong type of wood which didn’t match the framing of the rest of the house and then broken boards and tried to just fill in with caulk. Tried to send a final statement to us and our insurance company indicating they had provided a several ton dumpster provided. There was limited debris since the bathroom was never done......Never was a dumpster and clearly work not completed. When I brought this to Troy’s attention he changed the description to trash removal even though half their trash was just left at our house. Even backed out of part of the contract stating that they could only provide C quality and would not be completing the bathroom. Meanwhile they have no problem charging for the dryers all over the house as the owners also own Servpro franchises and sending a final bill. Beware if they come highly recommended by Servpro. Overall bad experience.

We are very happy with the work that was done! Workers were professional and respected our home, they did a great job and we will definitely use Elcano Construction in the future.

The project manager was very responsive to my needs and requirements. The partial remodel of our finished basement (new carpet, dry wall and painting) looks great!
