About Us

We are a full service construction company, locally owned since October, 2004 with a in-house team providing expertise across all trades. We are able to complete projects ranging in size from custom home designs, residential and condominium remodels, retail build outs to large commercial jobs. We pride ourselves in our collaborative approach and levels of high client satisfaction achieved through our quality of work. We may not be the cheapest construction firm, but we do it right the first time, and complete all projects on time, and on budget.

As far as I am concerned, Emerald Builders is the ONLY choice for contractors and decorators. I have known Scott and Mattie for 20 years and for 20 years I have seen their exceptional product. The latest project they did for me was a kitchen remodel which was better than anything I thought I wanted. A great deal of care went into the design to be sure it was a perfect fit for my husband and me.

Earlier this year I found Scott Carter through my RE agent. Best referral we've ever gotten. From the moment the cement subcontractor built the forms Scott was very concerned that everything was square and true. When a glitch was found in the plans during construction Scott found a quick and easy solution which was no more expensive. Everything, concrete, construction, electrical was finished well and all subcontractors he brought onto the job were professional and friendly. We would recommend Emerald Builders to all for any kind of residential construction.
