My wife and I cannot praise Duane and his crew at Emerald Waters Construction enough. We originally needed a contractor to remove the popcorn ceiling and refinish them. After meeting several contractors (One of whom reeked of whiskey and cigarettes while giving the lowest bid.) we contacted Duane and it was the best decision we could have made. As with any major remodeling project "mission creep" happened and he not only helped us with the ceilings but he also took care of our flooring and replaced all 3 of our toilets in the process. The work was beautifully done and we could not be happier.Quite possibly the best part of working with Emerald Waters Construction was the fact that Duane ALWAYS ANSWERS HIS PHONE!!! Even on those rare occasions that he cannot answer he will always call back within minutes and that was a huge stress reliever for my wife and I during this major project.You cannot go wrong by hiring Emerald Waters Construction!!!

For the past two years, Emerald Waters has been that company for me. Duane Schultz has been amazing to work with and knows how to take care of his clients. I first discovered Emerald Warers and Duane in January 2024. I was stationed in Illinois and storm damage hit my property in Navarre. It started with a fence replacement. When filing a claim for roof damage, my insurance company initially only approved a partial repair. However, thanks to Duane's extensive experience working storm damage claims, he was able to get the company to approve a full roof replacement. That cemented my trust in him and his company. That's why he was the first and only person I called when I decided to do some home repairs and upgrades (this time while I was in the process of moving to Washington DC). Duane and his team of professionals handled everything...from landscaping to painting, new flooring, and a new driveway. They worked around my availability and kept me up to date on the progress of all the projects. Bottom line, Emerald Waters is the company you can trust to handle any and all projects and repairs and I will gladly and confidently refer them to anyone looking for a contractor.

They are good people and do good work. I was happy with the ground work that I had done and I felt like I was treated very fairly. I will use them again.
