Our attic insulation and air ducts in our crawl space needed to be completely replaced. Our insulation in the attic was completely run down and the air ducts lost all insulation around them. We've had a difficult time keeping our house cool over the summer and this was probably caused by these two trouble areas. Emert Insulation has solved our problem. Jack initally helped with the estimate and did a great job in explaining what we needed to do and gave us several options. We decided to go with Emert Insulation because of their customer service. Then comes the crew. Jack and his team were amazing. They arrived on time. Osman ensured our house was prepped knowing that things were going to get really dirty. The job took 10 hrs with a lunch break in the middle. Jack and his team were attentive the whole time. After doing the initial clean out, Jack made sure to check in with me to ensure the work was done properly and up to our expectations. He did the same after the new insulation was blown in and the new air ducts were installed. Then once they finished, Jack and his team made sure the house was spotless after the clean up. I would highly recommend Jack and his team for any work you need in the attic or in your crawl space.

We got several quotes to have our crawl space insulated, since our downstairs is a good 10 degrees cooler than the upstairs in the colder months. Although Emert Insulation was not the only quote we received, we did feel the most confident in doing business with them and we're glad we did. Adam and the team showed up on time and were very friendly. Soon into the work they identified that the insulation up in the attic was very old and couldn't hold up its usage, beside the ductwork was also not installed properly. Although fixing the ductwork was not in the initial quote, they fixed it anyway and didn't charge us extra. They completed the work in only a couple of hours. Before leaving they photo documented all of the work they completed and went through it with me. We felt a difference downstairs almost immediately. If you want the job done the right way so you never have to worry about it again, then Emert Insulation is your best bet.

We have an old home, probably built in early-80s, with a mix of nice construction concepts. We knew we needed more insulation in the attic, but after the previous winter, discovered the little insulation in between garage and the kitchen above. Home construction and codes are not my areas of expertise, so, between my laptop, Google and a couple of helpful sites, I become an apprentice armed with enough information to drive experts crazy. Mike responded via email, and we arranged a time/date for him to assess our issues. He arrived on time, was polite and answered my questions gently. His explanations made sense and he dissuaded me from things I may want, but didn't need, such as a radiant barrier or creating a storage area in the attic. He was right- while I'd loved to store more junk, it was just not a great idea to store more in the attic (was not designed as such, and too costly to create). Emert Insulation's quote was competitive with other service providers. We went with Emert Insulation because of the positive interaction we had with Mike and all the great evaluations I got. The team arrived on time, were polite, efficient, and effective. They covered the furniture and floor, sealed the wires/plumbing/vents/light fixtures piercing the attic ceiling, blew in insulation into the attic and in between the garage ceiling and kitchen. They also completed other tasks, such as enclosing kneewalls and sealed the joist/joist rim in the garage. We're happy with Emert Insulation's work. Note the ceiling drywall cuts- that was done by hand- very good workmanship, allowing the cut-outs to be replaced (greatly reducing potential costs) Not only is the house warmer and far less drafty, it is much more quiet. Emert Insulation is fantastic. I recently had a rodent situation in my attic, as I live near a forested area. At first, I was not sure about how to address this issue so I started browsing the internet for more information. I found Emert Insulation after searching for a reputable insulation company in the area, and they sure did not disappoint. I signed up to receive a free estimate on their website. Adam contacted me soon after and took the time to listen to my situation. I was able to permanently get rid of rodents through the rodent proofing service recommended to me. Adam was able to explain the importance of using such treatment, instead of using a temporary solution like an exterminator. I haven't had a problem since! I am SO happy with their services, and would definitely recommend them. The company was very professional, and did a great job in my home. I will keep Emert Insulation in mind for other services I may need done in the future. Thanks so much!

I really enjoyed Emert Insulation at my home. They were very professional and showed enthusiasm to get the project done. The owner was very kind and helped me with sealing all of the rodent entries in the house. So far, we have not heard of any rats in the walls. On top of that the house smells better because Emert Insulation took the time to clean out the entire attic and sanitize where there was rat urine. They also fixed the air ducts and now I get heat in the entire house. They are the best service and value. I would recommend them to anyone needing insulation removal and replacement.

When we moved into our home we quickly realized there was no insulation in our attic. Called several places and Jack from Emert Insulation was very straight forward and explained the process and costs and even let us know about the whole process. When his team arrived they were very nice and wore masks and distanced the whole time. We had them install insulation, clean the attic space, seal any entry points and install a new attic fan. Everything was done quickly and cleanly. If I had to do it over again I wouldn't hesitate to call Jack and his crew. Couldn't recommend them to others enough.

After getting 3 quotes from 3 different contractors that started at 7 to 4 each one came out to my home and always tried to sell me more than I needed we called this company they gave me an estimate online everything on the estimate was what I wanted no one tried to sell me more. Jack came with his guys. They were fast, they covered everything and cleaned it up. Everyone had masks on. Jack was very kind. He told me I would feel a difference and I sure do. If you don't have insulation in your house you have to get it. Have Emert Insulation do it for you. They were very helpful over the phone with helping to get my insulation done.

Jack came out to give us an estimate on insulating our attic throughout our whole house and we were impressed right away by his thoroughness, professionalism, and timeliness. He took the time to educate and show us what he saw vs the current code and standards. He used up to date technology including infrared technologies to see where heat and cool spots were in our walls and ceiling. He took photos so that we could see our current insulation deficiencies without having to climb in the attic ourselves. We decided to go with Emert Insulation right then even though we had a previous quote and had a scheduled additional quote after Jack visit. We canceled our additional estimate with another company and Jack was able to come the next day with his team and complete our insulation and insulated outlets and recessive lighting within 4 hours. Price was affordable and service was exceptional. Would definitely recommend Emert Insulation to anyone!

We had a dirty attic from a rat invasion and when we started searching for someone to clean it up, we found Dan and his crew, headed up by Dan. They arrived on time, put down protective paper and cover furniture and things with plastic. Then they went to work removing all the old, dirty insulation, some 40+ years old. Then they brought in the heavy duty vacuum hose attached to their truck. You could hear it clean. Once it was all cleaned, they sealed all the opening to keep all future critters out, and replaced the insulation thru out. They worked efficiently, providing picture as they went along. They also cleaned all the air ducts. Once done they cleaned up all areas they worked in. Pleasant, friendly workers! Well worth the money and time. Any issues, Dan is your guy.
