EPI Renovations

I had a bathroom renovation done by EPI renovations. The owner Justin Winger and his employees were great to work with. Justin kept us informed of all the stages of the renovation. All the tradesmen were very friendly and efficient, I would definitely recommend them because I felt comfortable with them and trusted them, and they did a great job in a timely manner

Very professional service that is thorough - appreciate the attention to detail. Great accessibility to project manager and excellent communication. The project proceeded smoothly and we are extremely happy with the results. All trades/trades people who worked on the project were professional and friendly - a pleasure to have on site - and the workmanship was at a very high standard. We will definitely work with Eric's Premium Interiors on our next project. We have referred family and friends to Eric's Premium Interiors for their home projects.

My experience with Eric’s Premium was nothing but EXCEPTIONAL! Right from the first meeting where we described to their team what we were looking for. They took the time to listen to what we wanted and our vision of what we wanted. When their ideas was presented to us with outlines and sketches ... we could already see that we were in the best hands. Throughout the entire renovation, they kept us informed of day to day progress etc. Their vision and how they can walk into a room and see the final picture in their head is amazing. We put 100% trust into their ideas and so glad we did! The amount of heart they put into every detail and their work is what makes them stand out from everyone else. During Reno they never left a mess, they cleaned up each day before they left. The final product.... well all I can say is they turned my home into my dream home.

4.7 ***** Eric and Justin did a great job with our major and extensive renovation. Photos can be seen under Grande Renovation - Interior and Exterior. The project was completed 95% within 3.5 months which is very impressive considering just about every part of our home was touched. Whenever a hurdle or difficulty arose, we were impressed with their ability to find solutions that met our needs. We were especially pleased with several of their subcontractors, namely their electricians, framing/roofing, plumber, and tiler. Justin's team of Joe and Dillon worked diligently to meet our expectations in all areas of our home. Kudos to them for their exceptional work on our flooring, deck and siding. We are also very happy with the cabinetry in both our kitchen and bathroom. These were manufactured and installed by Phil Winger at P.A.W. Woodworking. It's over 2 years now since the completion and we are loving our home! Eric and Justin have been great dealing with follow up warranty coverage on anything needing their further attention, including ensuring replacements are quickly received and installed (e.g. plumbing fixtures). It is a difficult decision committing to a contractor on such a large renovation. We interviewed and obtained several estimates. We felt most comfortable with Eric and are very happy with our decision. We have recommended him to several of our friends as we feel he and Justin are honest, dependable and industrious. Justin and team did a fantastic job of helping us define and realize our vision which was a full transformation of our outdated kitchen and dining room into a totally new and open space. Attention to detail was impressive and little last minute things got noticed and corrected often before we even saw them. We highly recommend Eric's Premium Interiors for anyone who cares about quality throughout.
