Camron and his team did an amazing job on repairing/renovating my 1950's farmhouse. His communication is great! He creatively problem solved some surprises and truly cares about the work that he's doing. His crew is very friendly and takes great care with the job site. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

We couldn’t be happier with our 1943 farmhouse that Erickson completely renovated, from the ground up. They efficiently handled all electrical, plumbing, and framing. Maybe most impressive was the level of quality in the finished work - beautiful finish on the drywall, gorgeous floors, tile and woodwork. Both Meghann and Camron were great to work with, very nice, very easygoing, but also incredibly organized, and efficient. In particular they kept us fully informed of progress and schedule every step of the way. When issues came up, they were efficient problem solvers and very fair on any requested change orders. The crew was talented and easy to work with as well. We have built and remodeled numerous houses and their work stands out. We’d work with them again in a second.

We couldn’t be happier with the work Erickson Construction did on our project! We’ll admit—we’re probably not the easiest clients. We’re very particular, detail-oriented, brought in some of our own materials, did part of the demo ourselves, needed lots of visualization, and had to coordinate with other trades. Through it all, Erickson Construction was patient, flexible, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. They managed our expectations well, even when an unavoidable delay popped up, and they handled it with great communication and professionalism. The finished product turned out exactly how we envisioned—and maybe even better. We are so pleased with the work Erickson accomplished to our building. Collaborating with Erickson was quick, comfortable and easy. They exceeded our expectations and were so extremely friendly; being helpful beyond what they were contracted to complete. After the Almeda Fire in 2020 we had Erickson Construction perform the debris removal of a 4-unit apartment building we owned in S. Medford/Phoenix. A few months later we had a preliminary meeting with owners Meghann and Camron to discuss the rebuilding of this property. They had an architectural design consultant who accompanied them and after several meetings, we decided to rebuild with a 10 unit apartment building. Meghann submitted to us a detailed cost analysis along with a tentative timeline, segmented into phases of construction. After review, we signed a construction contract and Erickson’s obtained all the required permits prior to construction. Throughout the course of construction, Meghann & Camron came to our home multiple times with updates and a selection of certain interior/exterior colors and fixtures. The construction was completed in late May 2023 and a ribbon-cutting, grand opening event was held in June. At this event, one commercial realtor commented that of all the apartment buildings he has seen in the Rogue Valley, none could match the quality of the products used, the maximum utilization of space per unit, or the exceptional craftsmanship displayed. From Start to finish it has been a real pleasure working with Cam and his crew, We are not the easiest to do a remodel job for because we have 3 very spoiled cats and 1 very spoiled dog, for those of you that are animal people worrying about our fur babies escaping the house is a stressful experience, Erickson went out of their way to communicate where in the house they would be working on each day they were there so we could have the animals in the safest environment they could be in, always let us know what time they or their subcontractors would arrive to work and always made sure when they were done for the day all the gates on the property were closed and locked. We will be using Erickson on any major project we have in the future truly has been a pleasurable experience and WOW does our Dining Room and Bathroom pop they are just the best!!!!!!!

Without question, Cam and Meghann Erickson are the most honest and wonderful contractors we have ever dealt with. To their credit and as a testament to their integrity, they under-promised and over-delivered, which made the process of waiting so much more tolerable. Cam and Meghann were masters at coordinating subcontractors and suppliers and making the construction work essentially continuous, without significant delays. Even in the midst of COVID, supply-chain disruptions and difficult working conditions, they delivered our re-built home to us earlier than we expected. After losing our home in 2020 to a devastating wildfire, Cam and Meghann stepped up to help us navigate the process of starting over from scratch. Meghann was excellent at making suggestions for finishes, providing us with alternatives and dealing with us via email and FaceTime. Cam was excellent at accepting and accommodating our quirks and suggestions for any construction issues we had. We are very grateful for Erickson Construction. Cam and Meghann are the best!

Imagine living in the state of Washington, and trying to find an Oregon builder you could trust, who could rebuild two houses for you that were lost in an Oregon wildfire. Add in a Covid pandemic with soaring materials costs and longtime delays, and you could have a recipe for disaster. When we selected Camron and Meghann Erickson as our builders, we knew we would not see each other in person. In fact, we would only be able to supervise the work through FaceTime and Zoom meetings, photos, and videos. We couldn’t have selected a better builder than Erickson Construction. Camron and Meghann kept us informed at every step of the rebuilding process. They guided us in making selections, always carried out our requests, kept to a precise budget, and even included some upgrades along the way. In the face of Covid-induced stress, they always maintained a positive and enthusiastic attitude, which helped reassure us that all was well in hand. During any building project, there are construction changes, suggested either by the builder or the costumer. In either case, Camron and Meghann were always patient and responsive. Eventually, we came to view them not only as competent builders, but also as long distance friends. When the two houses were completed, we were advised to have them thoroughly inspected by a professional. Both houses passed with flying colors. Although some builders might need to be pushed and prodded into doing quality work, it was clear to us that Camron and Meghann viewed quality as a corner stone of their company. Erickson Construction was highly recommended to us and did a Stellar job on our project. From the moment we met Camron, we knew we had the right person for the job. He's easy to talk to and listened to all we wanted and delivered it. We had our back cement patio enlarged and a 15x25 gable roof built over it. Was important to us to have a beautiful ceiling as the height is 15'. We now have a clear cedar ceiling with dimmable can lights, electrical outlets everywhere for our outdoor speakers, Christmas lights and other gatherings. The subs were all very nice, knowledgeable and were always on time. There were a few glitches as construction usually has but, they were quickly rectified. We have recommended Erickson Construction to a few friends and will continue to do so. Thanks Camron and your crew of Stellar guys! We couldn't be happier! Rock On!!
