With the assistance of Eskan Developers, we were able to successfully complete our bathroom remodel project. We sought to take a small first floor bathroom and create a much larger wheelchair accessible bathroom with shower, that would be directly connected to an adjacent bedroom. Eskan’s planning, design and material sourcing were all well coordinated. The Eskan construction team and superintendent were wonderful as well - very knowledgeable & skilled and considerate of our family during the renovation. When it came to our project, the Eskan Developers team had perfect attendance. They kept appointments and had members of the construction team on-site every day of the project. We had a kitchen remodel done with Eskan developers and I cannot emphasize enough how easy they made this process for me and how organized and detailed they are in their work. First, Kaveh gave me the more detailed breakdown estimate of every single cost that I have ever seen. I got quotes from at least 3 other contractors and they all gave me a generic total cost, but nothing close to the level of detail I received from Kaveh, which made my accountant heart very happy to see such detail and full visibility into the project. Second, their pricing is completely fair and in line with other competitors, but you get better customer service by far. The whole team is extremely responsive and timely. Anytime you have a question, it is answered almost immediately. They even keep me on my toes when I'm being a procrastinator and not a good decision maker , to make sure we meet our deadline and so I'm not holding them back. Elena and Jasmine were amazing in helping me design my kitchen to be both functional and beautiful. They offer great advice to help keep me in budget and still meet my very high picky standards at the same time. Everyone who came to the house to work were extremely professional and timely. I could not believe that we finished in the 6 weeks as they promised, as I've heard horror stories from other people on projects getting delayed and stretched out. Reza the project manager was always keeping me updated on every little thing happening during the project and made sure it was running smoothly all the time even while I was not home and on vacation for a good chunk of time. I contacted Kaveh because I wanted to renovate my office. After our initial consultation over the phone, Kaveh visited my office with one of his workers and gave me a very good advice on materials and pricing. As a startup owner, I appreciated his honestly and transparency on the costs. Wow Wow Wow! We cannot say enough great things about Kaveh and the entire Eskan Developer team! In addition to doing AMAZING work, Kaveh provided guidance and patience with us along the way. Our initial project consisted of a complete overhaul of our primary bedroom, bathroom, and closet. We moved walls, combined spaces and now have a dream retreat. We asked them back to do our hall bath, which looks equally amazing, and in a few weeks will be starting on our Kitchen, living and dining room. Kaveh is a perfectionist, which is awesome when he is working on your behalf! If one of the crew didn't do something to his standards, he would make them redo it until it was perfect. They brought out all the love and good energy that was possible in this house. We could not have asked for a better contractor!
