Evans Contracting is a dream come true for a home in need of a facelift. We all know hiring a contractor oft times is a crap shoot, but working with Lloyd Evans is an absolute WIN! We just bought a house “in need of love” and the longer we live in the house the more jobs need to be done. It’s almost Christmas and Lloyd has been working on one project after another since October. Once we started to work together, Lloyd took as much pride in our home as we did. His attention to detail, endless patience, willingness to consistently reach high expectations, and professionalism set him head and shoulders above the pack. Lloyd’s tile work is perfect. He is an advanced listener and applies each request. Lloyd works with the homeowner in a collaborative way toward realizing a vision. A few of the jobs he completed include installation of a water purification system, a polished porcelain tile entryway, two bathrooms with walk-in showers (one with a linear drain), various electrical work, a platform for our bbq, and is now he is scheduled to gut the master bathroom. Lloyd is an outstanding artisan who is able to work together, solve problems, and build confidence that anything is possible. We highly recommend Lloyd Evans and hope that we will always be able to work our way on his calendar when needed.
