Terrible. He does not complete the work as established in the contract. I would not contract this person ever again.

Never, Never, Never put yourself through this debacle. This is the worst experience I've ever had in my life! Do not work with Carlo unless... You don't mind a contractor whom... makes incorrect measurements doesn't cover your brand new luxury floors tells you one thing, then it changes over and over, then tries to charge you extra won't get the job done on any schedule order the wrong items or doesn't order at all takes down your previous lights and disposes of them even when you asked him not to breaks an outdoor well pump runs the AC with the windows open so you have to replace 3 AC units!! makes you do his project management job because of zero organization, process, or system never goes to the project to project manage; and he doesn't know what going on and doesn't check the work of subs does follow installation instructions even though you gave it to him months before, creating more delays require you to remind him about the same thing over and over because he doesn't listen or write anything down offers you a "package" that doesn't give you enough spend in materials for you doesn't finish drywall in kitchen behind cabinets, leave gaps all over, no tape, mud or primer unless you beg, and this is after some cabinets are already up. Worst of all, he doesn't answer his phone. He will not communicate with you after you've paid him. The only reason this project is moving is because the customer is the project manager, not Carlos. Be warned. Do yourself a favor and pass. This is NOT a reflection of his subs, this is purely about the GC, Carlos. Do not work with Evolves.

Carlos listened to our needs and spent time with us to map out plans to update our backyard. He is reliable, showed up on time every day until the project was completed to our satisfaction. At the start of each day he would tell us exactly what he planned for that day so we understood next steps. He takes pride in his work and pays attention to even the smallest details. I highly recommend Evolve Construction without hesitation, we will use his services again.

Carlos and his team are extremely professional. Went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the job! Did an outstanding job of keeping the work area clean and organized. Communication was excellent, and job completed without any delays. Outstanding company and would highly recommend! Also the designer was great. We went shopping with Sandra to all there supply’s. She gave us ideas and we felt really comfortable because we new the quality of product they were giving us was very upscale.

Evolves provided a good price with good finish on the project. Additionally, gave sound advice and recommended sub-contractors to add value to the project and complete enhancements to the patio and pool area and entrance.

Had a kitchen remake and some flooring done and must say quality or work and professionalism exceeded what I had expected, job was pretty much completed before the date we had talked about, and overall very help staff. Defintly will be calling them in the future for any other work or remodeling
