These projects included full bathroom remodels, recessed lighting, refinishing hardwood floors, custom cabinet work, tile work, and painting. We met Jose in 2016 when we selected his masonry team over 10 other quotes to replace our retaining wall. His quote was the cheapest and the quality of work was superb. Three neighbors asked for his information to get the same retaining wall. Since then, he started Exponential Construction Corp, which is a general contractor. Several friends hired him to do general contractor work, including two that are professionals in real estate. Exponential Construction Corp has been critical in rehabbing three of our real estate investments over the years, including this year most recently. We trust Jose's hard work, integrity, and ingenuity. We don't even negotiate the price down because we trust him to do quality work.

My project involved cutting into the concrete of the basement floor, digging footings, pouring concrete, and installing columns and beams to shore up sagging floor joists, a project that many contractors didn’t want to touch. I am extremely pleased with the end product and quality of the work. The crew did a fantastic job to mitigate and control dust which was a major concern because of the close proximity of the work to the boiler and AC air handler. They left the job site clean after completing their daily work. They showed up promptly as scheduled. Jose responded to and rectified all concerns promptly throughout the project. Jose, who owns the company, is a gentleman and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.
