F&D was a breeze to work with. We were replacing old wood windows, and wanted to match styles, colors & stain finish to what we had - both indoor and outdoor. They guided us towards a perfect match of Andersen windows. The price quote was extremely fair, and aside from us providing a sample piece of molding (for color-matching), they took care of EVERYTHING. They even created a nicer outdoor trim than what we had -- yet it still matches the house's style. The installation took a day or two longer than we anticipated (slight communication error between us and them for what to expect. we thought it was a 1 day project). The installation crew were prompt, polite, clean and careful -- and cheerful! They gave us a summary each morning and afternoon so we knew exactly what was on their to-do list for the day, and what was left to do at the end of the day. No surprises. Great quality work, and beautiful windows. Would definitely recommend them.
