Fantozzi Custom Construction

Fantozzi remodeled a bathroom for us. The design was accomplished by Arlene Bobb Interior Design (http://www.arlenebobbinteriordesign.com). Fantozzi took the design and implemented exactly as required. Their workers were mindful of the fact that my wife and I were still using the bedroom in which the bathroom was located and they took great care to keep the area free of dust and dirt. They also took great efforts to keep the house clean while they moved through by using throw clothes and plastic. The project required complete demolition of the bathroom, repairing rotted wood in floors, repairing and insulating outside walls, installing a pocket door, all new electrical, new plumbing, repairing plumbing that was not part of the project in an adjoining bathroom, re-working the HVAC in the room, fully tiling the shower, installing a glass surround, installing a in wall tank toilet, installing a vanity, sink and fixtures, and last, installing a in wall medicine cabinet and lighting. At the end of the project, Fantozzi felt that the damage done to the bedroom to accomplish the pocket door which I intended to resolve on my own, was an unacceptable way for them to leave the project. They offered to strip wall paper and paint the bedroom at no additional cost. They went over and beyond what was required. They are highly recommended by us. When we go to do our kitchen, you know who we will be calling!

We first hired Wayne & Andrea to renovate our kitchen. After our first discussion with them, we appreciated their talent for design. We had some ideas, which they helped to expand. You might have an idea and think, nah, I don't think you can do that. Yup, they can. And they will show you a few more options too. They helped incorporate our own style into our kitchen. Also, Wayne is your own "Holmes on Homes" ( I assume if you are reading this, you know your HGTV shows). As Wayne rips out walls and ceilings, he corrects any existing shortcomings he uncovers. He has very high professional standards. We are thrilled with our kitchen! It is better than we had imagined. While designing our kitchen, they also showed us some options for our laundry room. They made our small laundry room so much more user-friendly. One year later we hired them again to renovate two bathrooms. Repeat business speaks to the quality of their work. We knew what tiles we liked and Andrea helped us navigate pulling them all together. I wanted to put new shelves in the bathroom closet. Andrea showed me an option of installing custom cabinets and drawers in place of the closet. It might be my most favorite thing in the bathroom! They are a pleasure to work with. Their entire crew is extremely professional and they work to keep your house clean throughout their work. The bathrooms are exactly what we had in mind. Wayne and Andrea are always easy to contact. Any questions are quickly answered. They will help you navigate the entire renovation process. Their talent to think outside of the box will show you options beyond what you think is possible. Budgets and deadlines are followed. I highly recommend this group.

Wayne F antozzi and his workers remodeled my small bathroom into a larger wheelchair accesible and ride in handicapped shower. The bathroom was completly remodeled and painted. My wife and I could not be more pleased. From the minute they came into my nice clean home they covered all carpeted walkways and covered furniture. The entire construction crew went out their way to accomodate us. Their professionalism cannot be surpassed. The payment for the job with credit card use several payments was very understanding. Wayne and Andrea Fantozzi completely renovated our master bathroom. Their work was fantastic. Every workman in their crew was a master. They were pleasant to work with and did the job exactly to our request. Andrea is amazing. Her knowledge of every aspect of the job was tremendous. She had wonderful ideas. She coordinated the job and was always available to answer questions. Everyone arrived as scheduled. They job moved along quickly, but they never rushed. They came in with the best estimate and finished on budget. The result was more beautiful than expected. It was a wonderful experience.

Fantozzi Construction made my bathroom wheelchair accessible. They did a beautiful job the crew always kept me informed of what they were doing and they were very respectful and were always here at the time they said they would be. I will definitely be using them for any future projects on my home.

I hired "Fantozzi Custom Construction" company to make my bathroom handicap accessible and to make a handicap entrance on the side of my home. The "Fantozzi" group are very professional, very reliable and a really nice group of people to work with. The demolition, construction, design, plumbing and electrical work were done with such perfection & proficiency. It was really important to me that my newly constructed bathroom and access were as normal as possible and did not shout out a disabled person lives here. Wayne and his team made sure of that. I now have a handicap accessible bathroom that I can utilize that looks like a Spa. It is absolutely gorgeous. The outside handicap patio, steps and lift are beautiful.
