Fausto Construction is the best I’ve ever worked with! I’ve dealt with contractors who met deadlines but delivered mediocre work, and others who were meticulous but took forever to finish. Fausto struck the perfect balance—paying attention to every detail, producing high-quality work, and completing everything on time. Since I don’t live near my condo, I needed someone I could trust completely, and Fausto did not disappoint. He provided regular progress updates with photos, and the communication was excellent. Thanks to Fausto, my condo now has stunning new floors, a high-end shower, and beautiful finishing touches that make it feel brand new while preserving its beachy charm. He listened to my ideas, made thoughtful suggestions without any hard upsell, and truly cared about the final result. I cannot express how thrilled I am with the incredible job that Fausto’s Construction did remodeling my kitchen, dining room, and downstairs bathroom! I would give them 5 stars for the work and customer service, but there was a bit of a hiccup starting the job and there was a slight issue with the payment process. The good news is that the workers were efficient, courteous, and did their jobs well. Very happy with the outcome. I had a tricky removal of a gas heater and redirecting of a gas line to a fireplace that needed to be done. Additionally, the area then needed to be patched and repainted. The work was done quickly, cleanly and with no fuss. Very happy with the result. I would strongly recommend them. The reasons I feel I can't give 5 stars for this particular job are two. The first is that there was an amount of time where from the initial contact to the time the job started I felt as if I was forgotten a bit. When I would contact them, I would get a quick response back and an apology, But there was that wait. Once the job was set, it all came together quickly. The second reason is that the electronic payment option is for the most part good, but for whatever reason, there was a small glitch. Again, they apologized and we worked it out. I WILL be using them again and hope to be able to give them 5 stars unreservedly.

Recommended. Our project included wall demolition and finishing, electrical, and gas. Saul at Fausto construction was readily accessible to answer questions before, during, and after the project. Saul and his crew were professional, courteous, skilled and knowledgeable. They completed the job within the estimated time frame despite the last minute modifications that we threw at him. An overwhelmingly positive first experience, I would not hesitate to call him for future projects.

I am ecstatic in writing this review on behalf of a property complex I manage as on onsite manager for Sunrise Management. Fausto was able to execute a project for our community complex that our insurance company had required us to complete for safety measures. Which by the way passed the final inspection. From meeting with the owner, receiving estimates, to scheduling, communication, this company has gone above & beyond. I would highly recommend to other management companies and anyone else looking to get work done by this professional and knowledgeable team. Not to mention they are are affordable and knowledgeable in so many different realms in construction. They explain the process from start to finish and answer any questions along the way or concerns. They are insured and bonded as well, so you know this is a professional company overall to follow all safety measures in carrying out projects.

Fausto Construction has been a life saver for my property. I am a property manager in El Cajon CA. I have ran into so many issues as in leaks, remediations put backs, plumbing, unit clean outs and hauling, paint, kitchen rebuilds, minor maintenance repairs and emergencies and Fausto Construction has been there every step of the way. Great attention to detail. Fausto completed several jobs for me, including painting, door repair and staining, dry wall patching and repair, and staining and sealing our pool deck. Excellent communication and very creative when tackling unexpected issues.

Easy to work with, honest, and attentive to detail, Saul Fausto and his team did a great job renovating my kitchen and bathroom. I am not a big writer of reviews but I MUST give Fausto Construction a review. They came to my rescue. I originally was going to go with another company. That other company came to my home to get measurement and told me he should be able to complete the work in the next two days as his schedule was pretty opened. He would email me a quote and if I agreed, he would begin the work. Well, at 9:42 p.m. that night he sent me an email that said, "...after reviewing my schedule I will not be able to do the work for you. All the best." I was shocked but then miraculously, I came across Fausto Construction. While speaking with Saul to tell him about my situation he immediately made me feel at ease. He and his team came to my home, did the demo work to remove laminate floors then installed my new vinyl floors which looks amazing. Saul and his team are professional and amazing. I would definitely use them again!

Saul and his team did a complete bathroom reconstruction for us (not just a remodel - a reconstruction - adding a shower and redesigning the space). They were highly professional, did excellent work, and kept us appraised of the process throughout. Since they were here, we also had them look at a few unrelated electrical issues we were having, which they were also able to resolve no problem. I highly recommend Saul Fausto and his team! Excellent work at a good price (high quality without exorbitant cost!).

Fausto Construction recently completed our driveway renovation – including removing old concrete and pouring new, staining concrete and wet-sealing pavers. Saul is meticulous, knowledgeable, fair and responsive. And when we had a small problem with the project, he immediately addressed it and everything turned out beautifully. I have had the pleasure of working with Fausto Construction Company on several projects now. One of them being staining the deck in our patio making it look brand new. The most recent service Mr. Fausto provided was fixing the garage. I accidentally hit the wall with the tire and damaged the wall by making a big hole in the drywall. That week HOA was doing the yearly inspection and needed it fix ASAP. I was able to count on Fausto Construction to repair it. We are very pleased with the service's Mr. Fausto provided, All the work was professionally done in a timely manner. Mr. Fausto worked with me to meet all my expectations. We needed a large cabinet removed from our kitchen and transferred to our garage for hanging. Fausto Construction did a great job on the removal and relocation of the cabinet. Our kitchen walls needed to be repaired and painted. All of this work was accomplished in one day. We are very pleased and we will definitely use this company again for our upcoming projects. Highly recommended.

Our tub, shower and tile is beautiful. Looks like a fancy hotel room bath. They did a great job installing everything. Saul Fausto was a great help with selecting the tile and other items, too.

Saul helped me last year when I was putting my home on the market. His pricing was fair and the work was done professionally and timely. When I recently bought a new home, I needed some work done before I could move in. I immediately thought of Saul and his company. I contacted him for an estimate of some handyman work. Saul reminded me that he is a general contractor and could do other things that I needed done. His company ended up redoing my bathroom. It looks beautiful. It went from an old, dirty bathtub/shower combination to a sparkly, shiny new walk-in shower. Top that off with a new vanity/sink, toilet, mirror, and some drywall work, and you have a beautiful bathroom. In addition, the other work he did was done timely and professionally. Saul was responsive and helpful when I had questions about the projects he was doing for me. His communication is outstanding. That is very important to me. This review is for Fausto construction who are some of the best guys in the industry as many of us know and have experienced with many other construction companies they don’t do what they say and they do do what they’re not supposed to. This whole transition rebuilding remodeling my home has been seamless and amazing these guys are great they’re courteous they’re considerate and they’re very good at their jobs.
