I have used Femia Contracting for 2 project -- a complete bathroom remodel and the kitchen backsplash. The team does excellent work. They pay attention to all the details, arrive on time and leave the area very clean each day. I am very happy with the end results and would use them again for my next renovation -- high quality work, reasonable price and they are very friendly. I highly recommend the Femia team.

My husband Fred Shuster and I had our Master Ensuite Bathroom remodeled by Pasquale Femia of Femia Contracting Ltd. Paquale suggested the new layout which worked out beautifully! Both he and his assistant Matthew worked diligently on this job which included a complete gutting to studs, new electrical and plumbing rough-in's and new vanities and plumbing fixtures. They prepped the areas and cleaned and organized every night and kept on schedule and budget. Paquale was a delight to work with. We are so very pleased with the new bathroom and would recommend Femia Contracting to anyone looking for an excellent contractor!

Can't recommend Femia Contracting highly enough! Pat is a pleasure to work with from the initial assessment of the job to its completion. He is a master of all trades and his work is perfection. In our kitchen renovation, he put in a new vent over the stove, changed the lighting, unhooked the sinks and appliances and installed the new ones and much more. He came up with several creative solutions to problems that arose. Afterwards, we had him put in a vinyl floor in the basement and paint all the walls and trim. At the end of the day, he always left the work area spotless. We will use him for any work we do in the house including a complete bathroom renovation.

Thank you Femia Contracting for renovating our apartment including installing engineered wood flooring, moulding, removing popcorn ceiling and wall painting. Pat and his team have completed multiple projects for me including new floors, a powder room and a media tv wall just to name a few. His attention to detail and professionalism is unparalleled. He worked with me and helped give me ideas about how to make my house look the best it can be. He is very trustworthy, clean and completed all my projects in a timely manner. In our experience, construction projects rarely go smoothly, yet this one did, and it was because of how Femia operates. The planning, execution and communication were fantastic. The team kept the project on track (despite the tight timelines), and navigated the issues that came along (hello fancy shower drain) seamlessly. We appreciated this greatly. The quality of the workmanship was very high; Pat and team were very dedicated to ensuring everything - from product choice to installation - as well as the general aesthetic were just right. The bathroom turned out beautiful, and it functions very well.
