Ordered an outdoor furniture set and soon after it was shipped and arrived in perfect condition. Everything from beginning to end was fantastic. The furniture is top quality and priced fairly. We absolutely love our new furniture and are saving up to purchase more pieces. Companies as good as Fifthroom are few and far between. It's very refreshing to do business with them. Thank you Fifthroom we love the furniture.

I have never been more impressed by a company standing by it's product and providing outstanding customer service. Wally was great in helping me design the gazebo I wanted and answered all my questions. The shipping was amazing, I waited to use their shipping instead of a common trucking company, and was blown away. They had a tracking system that allowed me to go to the link and see the exact location of the truck from coast to coast. Then when it arrived the driver and his wife were friendly and dropped the pallet off exactly where I needed it. NOW the REAL reason I am writing this review. There was an issue where the roofing material and caps did not match in color and I was shorted some screws. I called the customer service line and they were very apologetic, turns out the roofing shingles and ridge caps came from two different factories from the supplier. The owner personally apologized and they covered 100% of the cost for my contractor to replace the roof. I was blown away at how they simply stepped up with no questions asked and fixed it. I will 100% use this company again for my Fithroom needs. Thank to everyone at Fithroom!

Seriously good customer service. Seriously. I bought a pergola from them, and had it shipped. The shipping company refused to deliver it me, saying I had to be a commercial customer with dock or a forklift. Crazy. I figured fifthroom.com would have a hard time working it out and I would be stuck. Not so. Heather called me the morning of the first business day after, and then bird-dogged the problem all the way through. 48 hours later, after they hired another shipping company to get it right, the pergola was in my driveway, ready to go. Great service, great value (especially for the $$), and a beautiful pergola.

I received a call from Tim McTighe, President of Fifthroom after communicating the issues encountered with the assembly of the shed. Tim was straight forward and very helpful to resolve all outstanding issues. High marks to Fifthroom on followup, integrity and Customer care. Original review below- We purchased a Shed kit from Fifthroom 2 years ago and had it shipped to Washington State. Finally had the chance to set this up this spring, hired a contractor friend with 40 years experience for the project. The process of assembling this shed was terrible, the contractor came close to quitting, saying the lack of any usable documentation and poor labeling made this one of the worst projects he has ever done. From my side this cost me an additional 12 hours of his labor. I am fortunate he only charged $20.00/hr. The materials they use are very good, but without usable documentation and labeling it is shooting in the dark to finish the shed correctly.

The structures have always arrived on time and have been well protected during shipping. Our clients are always highly satisfied with the quality and look of the structure. I got my Double Glider swing last week and weather was cold, but I kept putting the final pieces together each day. It was very easy. I didn't even ask my husband to help. We all sat and had wine while we glided last Saturday. It is so cute. Kids said its like having a ride in the backyard. It is very well built and beautiful. We are very pleased. Myrtle Jones

This is my first time using Fifthroom and I was very pleased with the service I received. After I put in my order the service rep called me back to tell me the chest would not make it in time for Christmas. I knew it wouldn't be possible to get it to its destination before Christmas because I ordered it so late, but I appreciated the call. The rep was very polite, courteous and friendly. I just checked with the recipient, my niece, and she said she received it in good order (even more the estimated time of delivery). I will definitely use your company again.
