Fifty 2 Eighty Construction was founded by two brothers, Damon and David Howe. They have worked in home building industry for over thirty years as master carpenters and experts in the construction trade. Fifty 2 Eighty has a strong focus on exterior work and home framing with the ability to design, provide architectural renderings, and provide end-to-end construction. Within their timber framing division, Damon and David specialize in timber frames, corbels, timber trusses, trellis and arbor construction, pergola design, custom gazebo builds, and more. Over the last decade, Fifty 2 Eighty has developed a strong brand within the Denver community and beyond. This includes the construction of homes in Montana, Hawaii, Tennessee, Kansas, Nevada, and Arizona. Objectively speaking Pros: the Howe brothers completed (framing, custom mortise tenon corbels, one-of-a-kind stair and floating landing, interior T&G) a project on time and within budget. Since, we have utilized Dave Howe on custom one-off car ports. Their framing work displayed for said project is in their profile under "Perry Park" we confirm. From a design-build standpoint and between my Customer, contractor and themselves the sub-contractor, they have the experience to match the vision and complete project. Unmatched skill. Objectively speaking Cons: communication confirmation, hard dependencies indicative upon niche mortise tenon construction parameters which Customers may not understand clearly and at times can't be simplified into specifics, which is the nature of that skill. There is a high level of artesian craftmanship involved that the common person may never understand as they do not possess such skill, and more so, at a very high level.

Contractor took down payment for patio cover and never completed any work after eight months. Job was to be completed within three months which was the end of summer 2023.
