Finbarr Collins Construction

This is a great contractor! I worked with Finbarr and Pat Collins to upgrade the exterior of my beach home. The prices quoted were fair and they promised to work according to my schedule. Finbarr was a reasonable partner and kept my interests in mind throughout the estimating process. Pat listened well and understood my requirements. I hired them to replace the roof, flashing, fascia boards, chimney cap and skylights. They also painted the exterior, installed three exterior doors, added stone veneer to the front, replaced dry-rotted trim and handrails and built crawlspace stairs. Pat ran the entire project and was responsible for hiring sub-contractors, securing materials and scheduling all the work. He personally performed a large part of the work and the quality is excellent! I get compliments from my neighbors most every day, and several have considered FCC for their projects. The project wrapped on time and Pat was very careful not to inconvenience us or interrupt our daily routines. Best of all, the job came in on budget! I highly recommend this company for your jobs - big or small. I will hire them again when it's time to remodel our interior spaces!
