David helped us with a remodel on our Park City home and we could not have been happier. It included enlarging existing windows, adding windows to walls to bring in more light and air, and adding a sliding glass door system to a new porch where before there had been a dark wall. He also installed a gorgeous TV/Book wall system that really made the kitchen/family area more useable. He was able to perfectly match the tricky floor finish and hand-hewn door and window trim details. Fine Construction did not scrimp on quality, they are honest, thorough and their attention to detail was much appreciated.

Fine Construction excavated and landscaped our back yard to make an exceptional usable space for our family for personal use and for our gatherings. Bob Fine, the owner, and David Fine, his son and our project manager, were a pleasure to work with. We expanded the scope of the project soon after they started and that was not an issue for them. David had superb design vision. The design and implementation was exceptional. We cannot recommend Fine Construction highly enough. They deserve 10 stars. Honest, trustworthy, reasonable prices and a commitment to finish what they started. We had no problems getting everything finished properly.
