Fine Eye Construction recently completed remodeling our kitchen; and now I want to take a minute to make this review and recommendation. *The entire Fine Eye team was highly professional, attuned to the both the project and the client's "wants" and "needs," and executed the work with a high degree of craftsmanship. When Brian used subcontractors, they were equally professional. *Brian made every effort to work within our budget, offered sound alternatives, and completed the job in timely fashion. Highly recommended.

Brian and I worked together on a project where the client brought him in. I was pleasantly surprised by both him and his team. They were such a pleasure to work with. We gutted the interior of an older home in Glen Park and created an updated open layout with 3 brand new bathrooms and a new kitchen. Although I am quite certain he thought I was crazy with many of my requests, he kept an open mind and worked with us to implement all of our design requests. Brian is a real team player and a solution oriented guy. His quality is great and he stand behind his work. Looking forward to working on more projects in the future!

We did a major remodel, including foundation work and a window wall system, and Fine Eye was great throughout the entire process. They do amazing work! We love our home and our guests are equally impressed with Fine Eye.

Brian and his crew are honest, professional, clean, respectful of deadlines and are very detail oriented. This is a very talented crew that I will hire again for anything we do in the future. When it comes to working with the city for permits, Brian is a pro and the inspectors seem to have a great respect for him and his work. Our project was large and messy. The crew took the time to zipper wall our house to contain the mess and would swiffer sweep the floors every night before they left. My house is a 1909 craftsman with beautiful coved ceilings. Brian was able to replicate them beautifully. Brian's cost and time break outs and submittal of material receipts are flawless. I feel comfortable that we are getting exactly what we are paying for - no more and no less. This is a solid company with wonderful people who do excellent work. I highly recommend Fine Eye Construction.
