Absolutely amazing! Jed worked closely with us to choose the right material for our new Hard Wood Floors. He was professional, timely and had great communication back and forth.. but more than anything, he was patient with us as we were making a big investment decision and had tons of questions. The floor turned out beautifully and continues to hold it's structural integrity almost 2 years later. We highly, highly recommend Jed!

I am SO glad I met this guy!! I HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone who needs work done on their house. Very professional and on time and reasonable. I am a homeowner who is also a DIY guy and I did most of my renovation but I didn't want to do the tedious work of tile and flooring. So being a DIYer you have expectations of other peoples work and I worried about nit picking. I have NOT ONE complaint or would i have done anything different.... as a matter of fact I learned some stuff. Very, very, VERY nice work!!

We love our floors! We knew we would, but what we did not know was that we love "Jed" and FINN CONTRACTING! We did not know 'WHO' to get to lay our flooring, so we had a few contractors come to the house to get some quotes. We were not impressed with the rushed 'these-are-the-numbers-this-is-the-when' game. You can love your product and suffer through the process, and I was not interested in going that route. One night our grandson said he had a friend that was a contractor and did floors...we called, and the next night 'Jed' from FINN CONTRACTING stopped to give us a quote. He patiently listened to all my ideas and took the time to share with us what could be done. He was friendly, and easy to talk to. You could tell he cared about us, and his work. He was very knowledgeable, shared with us when he could schedule us, and promised to send an email quote that night. And he did. We felt good about scheduling. When he came to do the floors, he was on time. He was polite, clean, had all his tools ready. He stood back and planned out where he would start, and how it would flow, and got to work. His cuts and angles were amazing. He was quick, but never rushed or harried. He was conscientious. He worked efficiently: maximum productivity with minimum wasted effort. He was well organized and competent. He never used words like "oh well...that will do...it will never show...". He left no mess. When people come in our front door, a common comment is: "Love your floors. Who did the work?" The "WHO" matters? The "WHO" can make or break your project. Jed’s knowledge and expertise are outstanding . His craftsmanship in replacing our carpeted flooring with engineered hardwood is excellent! He provided answers to all our question, recommendations where we were unsure of directions to take and was meticulous in his detailed work. He was very flexible to work with our timeframes, worked with baseboard trim vendors to select the styles we need and matched the stains exactly. Everything about his craftsmanship, professionalism, and character definitely make Jed our top recommendation for home remodeling.

We had new wood floors and baseboards installed upstairs and downstairs. He also did our stairs which really look sharp. Jed was very meticulous and cleaned up well each day. We could not be happier with the quality of work and love our floors.
