We interviewed several companies before deciding on Flanigan Construction for our kitchen remodel. From their initial visit to the job completion, we were impressed with the professionalism of the owner and president, Dan, and his son, the vice-president ,Danny. Danny showed up every day ensuring that all aspects of the job were proceeding according to plan. Their subcontractors were equally professional, always on time, clean, and they exceeded our expectations. And they were all local. We were particularly impressed with Chris Heutinger (not sure of the spelling). Not only did he do an amazing job staining and sealing the cabinets, he did an equally amazing paint job. The kitchen was completed on time and within the agreed budget. Any additional costs were due to changes we made and discussed before they were incurred.
