Fleming Homes is a residential construction firm that specializes in remodels and new construction builds. Founded by Brent Fleming in early 2016, Fleming Homes has established a core belief of making a project as seamless as possible for their clients. Having worked in the construction field for over 15 years, Brent understands the importance of executing a job correctly and finishing a project within the projected time and budget. Above all else is quality, which is why we ensure the use of the most up to date products and modern techniques to guarantee flawless results. Fleming Homes completed a master bath renovation for us in January 2021. Working with the team at Fleming Homes was a wonderful experience - their work is impeccable! I also could not have imagined a smoother process. Brent is a great communicator – I never wondered what the next steps would be or who would be showing up when. He took all the project related stress out of the process which I have found to be very rare. When any questions or potential problems arose, they were met with proactive recommendations and solutions that were even better than the original plan. Everyone he brought to the job was professional, friendly and did great work. I wholeheartedly recommend Fleming Homes. Pictures to come soon!

Brent and his guys were awesome. We really can’t say enough about them. Brent is super organized, always prepared, professional, and trustworthy. He’s got the “I’ll figure it out” mentality whenever I would throw something at him. No matter how obscure or random of a request I had throughout the project, he was always like, “we’ll get it done. No worries, we’ll figure it out,” and that was definitely reassuring and comforting to know. (And he always came through). We were living in the house during the extensive renovations (entirely new kitchen/living room, new floors throughout the entire house, walls being demoed etc.) and his guys Anthony and Andrew were awesome to be around. They were personable, always cleaned up, and most importantly, really good at what they do. Brent’s subcontractors were efficient and trustworthy. We would highly recommend Brent and his team as they run an A+ operation.

Updated kitchen with new quartz counter top, back splash & stainless steel sink Assisted in securing a new outside sidewalk & pad. Project was done in a timely manner with no clean up on part. Highly recommend Fleming homes with any project

We were very excited to meet Brent after reading the review on Houzz. We have a modern architect designed house that needs a master bedroom addition, as well as large custom metal windows and cedar siding removed and waterproofed across the back of the house. I spent a great deal of time with Brent explaining the project, but, he never got back to me with a quote or phone call even after I followed up. I would have understood had he called to say he wasn't the right fit for the job, but it's rude to simply disappear after a homeowner has taken time out of a busy schedule to meet with you.

We are so pleased with our master bathroom renovation. Fleming Homes did an outstanding job taking into account our style and budget and helped us create our dream bathroom. We will definitely have them back for our next home improvement project.

Commented: what is the door called. is it fiberglassThis is a craftsman style 2 panel 6 lite from home depot actually. Feather River is the brand and it is a fiberglass door. Hope this helps!
