For the past 17 years, Roy Cohen and Flip It Homes sole focus has been building our local communities and giving back, and we continue this vision today. Roy started as a helper for his father and took over the family business after he passed away. Great contractor to work with. I went with Flip It Homes on ADU Garage Conversion, big and complicated project, but Roy and his team made it easy and simple because they were well organized, professional, efficient and quick. Roy was there for any help, always available for a contact, knowledgeable and respectful. The project went great, no issues at all and was finished quick and ahead of schedule. The final product is excellent! Thank you Flip It Homes!

Very impressed with Flip It Homes. They fully remodeled my bathroom and they did a perfect job. I have been working with Roy, who has been very professional, and responsive to my needs. He shows up when expected, provides information when promised and really makes you feel as though you are an important client. His team was also great, very responsive, professional, well organized. The workmanship was top notch, they cleaned up everyday and kept me up to date on progress. I love my new bathroom! Highly recommended!

I hired Flip It Homes to build an ADU. I heard that they are experts for that type of job so I contacted them to see their offer. They gave me competitive offer so I decided to go with them. I can't recommend enough Flip It Homes! Excellent contractor! I went with them on ADU Garage Conversion, it wasn't an easy task but they exceed my expectations. My experience with Flip It Homes was awesome! I went with them on my kitchen remodel and I'm so happy I hired this contractor. They did everything exactly as I requested and also as they promised. Their working team was professional, efficient, quick and disciplined. There were no issues and communication was great. This company built an addition to my home. Roy was my project manager, he was very responsible, resolved all issues, informed me about working progress and all important things and answered all my questions. He was ready to help all the time. He and his crew worked hard they were clean and professional. The quality of addition they built is superb, great work guys! Very reliable contractor!!
