We had an addition put on over our garage, including a bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. This was the 3rd renovation we have hired FLP to do at our house and we would trust no one else with our family home. Over the last few years, we have had our kitchen, all bathrooms, all flooring, stairs, and many other areas renovated by FLP. Franco and his team are always professional, courteous, and unfailingly dedicated to quality work. Franco was transparent and clear throughout the process. We always knew what was happening, how and why it was being done, what it would cost and what our options were. Our budget and timeline were always treated with the same respect Franco would treat his own. The attention to detail is unsurpassed and we have every confidence that every aspect of the work, no matter how small, was done the right way. We will be hiring FLP for any future renovations and look forward to many more years of working with Franco and his team!

Franco and his team are top notch. Franco arrived within 2 days for a complete quote to look at our entire Bungalow upstairs Reno. A very reasonable quote that fit our budget. We paid exactly what he quoted! :) Bungalow upstairs Reno: - removal of load wall (now open concept) - installation of I-Beam support - removal of old sub floor and installation of new sub floor and installation of new hardwood (expert job we have had so many compliments on our floors) - tiling and drywall - installation of closet barn door (idea from Franco’s team. We absolutely love it) - kitchen Reno and wall tiling - entire trim replacement - brand new side deck (completed in 2 days) We loved the work so much from FLP contracting we have had Franco back to complete our upstairs master bathroom Reno. - our once tiny bathroom is now amazing!!! - tiling of the entire bathroom - relocation of of vanity toilet and bathtub location - Franco had excellent recommendations on tiles, vanities and more. Franco team is wonderful to work with top notch expert service and very personable. I highly recommend FLP contracting for your next Reno or house project. FLP provided us a quote 2 weeks before the start of our job. They arrived on time and began work as planned. The project was completed on time within the quote provided. FLP's workers were extremely respectful people and my wife felt comfortable when going in to review the work. FLP communicated well throughout the project and asked us for input and feedback and provided options wherever possible. The final quality of work was top-notch and Franco of FLP made sure we were satisfied. Lovely people, wonderful work!
