Our project consisted of removing a ceiling and wall and installing a skylight. As well as replacing all counters, cabinets and relocating the kitchen appliances. It turned out awesome. Rick and his crew did a wonderful job on our kitchen remodel. There was someone working on our project all the time. Never any down time. We were amazed at the quality of the cabinets and tile work. All his guys were polite and punctual. We really had a pleasant experience with this project. I have always been apprehensive of having remodel work done but this was just perfect for us.

This was our first remodeling project and we are happy to say that Forehan Construction made it enjoyable. So much so, we hired Rick to do our yards. He and his crew were as close to on-time and on-budget as a construction team can be, while taking our input, helping us through a lot of decisions, and offering suggestions when we got stuck. His team members were very professional and meticulous. We felt very comfortable having them in our home for six months. I seriously doubt we'll ever undertake another project like this again (this is our "forever house"), but if we did, we wouldn't do it without Forehan Construction.

I found Rick to be incredibly professional and will absolutely call him again for my next project. He is organized, collaborative, personal and his work plan is comprehensive and clear. He is flexible as needed and he has a team that works with/for him that subscribe to his same values.

I would highly recommend Forehan Construction for any type of residential remodel or new construction. They have done an extensive amount of work on my home over many years and I have always been satisfied. I am an Architect by profession and supplied Forehan with drawings for some very custom installations. Rick and his team never backed away from any of the challenges presented. They were always on time and reasonable.

Finally finished all of our outdoor project with Forehan Construction after waiting a few after they remodeled and added on to our interior 3 years ago. Love everything ! Work is always done on time and with a smile. Rick will always make all the corrections and everything right in a timely manner. Our half acre property is now complete with BBQ amenities and all kinds of seating and different areas that makes it much like a resort. I could not be happier with our contractor and design. Neighbors and strangers stop to tell us how beautiful everything is!
