My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Fratelli Designs at the start of the project did a very good job. However, their ability to finish the project was terrible. We have had to bring in outside maintenance contractors to finish the detail of several items that Fratelli would not complete. Once they got that last check we were no longer a priority. It cost us several hundred dollars to complete what they should have done as part of the contract. I would not recommend them.

Fratelli did an amazing job remodeling my kitchen and master bath. After putting it off for years, I finally pulled the trigger and glad i did! I let Fratelli choose all the finishes and I couldn’t be happier! Turned out like something out of a magazine.

Fratelli did a great job designing and remodeling my entire house including kitchen and baths. Attention to detail, communication and clean crew were excellent. They came under budget and finished on time. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel.

Fratelli Designs provided us with a complete home remodel at our condo unit. They did the designs, layout and the construction as well from Demo all the way to passing inspections and finishing the home. Jeffrey, one of the managers was our point of contact throughout the whole process and he was fantastic to deal with. He was the supervisor of the project and came to the job site on a daily basis to make sure everything is being executed the way it should be. I would say that their biggest strength is their excellent communication and transparency, and making sure the project is going smoothly and on time within budget. The finish work is impeccable as well. I would recommend this company to everyone looking to do construction work.
