Frost Construction

We wanted our living room converted into a bedroom, and we were very happy with the results! Dave was very easy to work with, easy to communicate with, and had great ideas for us. The job was efficiently done within the time frame he had estimated for us. The work was excellent quality. This was our first house renovation project and it was a very positive one!

We hired Dave, last year (2018) for a large project, that spanned 11 months. We added about 1500sq ft to the existing home, then remodeled part of the existing home. Dave and his team were very professional, kind and detail oriented. He is easy to work with and communicates well. Any hiccups that occurred during the course of the project were communicated to me and sorted out within a timely manner. One can see that they are skilled in their craftsmanship and are proud of the work they do.

Frost Construction is my "go to" contractor! Dave and his crew are neat, organized and friendly. We've used them to remodel three rooms in the last year and they have completed high quality work, on schedule, with a level of professionalism that is hard to find.

I worked with Dave of Frost Construction a little over a year ago. Our project was to remodel a guest bathroom. My wife and I wanted to completely tear out the existing bathroom and start with a clean slate. Dave was one of the contractors we interviewed. We were looking for someone that not only could provide the means to perform the job but would also provide us with frank and honest advice on the options available. After listening to each contractor’s proposal, vision, price and schedule, we contacted the references provided by each. Our decision was to hire Dave of Frost Construction. With Dave’s help, we scoped out the configuration of the bathroom and settled on the actual project schedule that fit into our needs as well as Dave’s. He then recommended several design centers where we could finalize our choices for styles, colors, fixtures, etc. Dave was very flexible in that we could purchase these items on our own or provide him with the item details and Dave would procure them for us. We used both of these methods. Dave did provide us a timeline to make these decisions so our procrastination would not adversely affect the overall project. Dave’s team started the tear down portion of the project at the agreed upon time. The team was punctual and very mindful of our pets. Each day they arrived before my wife and I went to work. They would outline the activities for the day and discuss the issues and/or opportunities discovered from the previous day’s work. We learned things could arise after the walls are removed revealing electrical and plumbing opportunities! We worked with Dave through these opportunities with both parties fully aware that changes (i.e. scope creep) could affect costs and schedule. Dave, throughout, kept us on-track mindful of our deadline but still leaving the final decisions up to us. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the end result of our new bathroom. Our project was completed on schedule and on budget and we are delighted with the results! It was a pleasure working with Dave and his entire team. This project experience was so much better than a kitchen remodel we had done many years before with a different organization. Oh, how I wish I had known Dave back then.
