I love that the owner was both our GC and an architect. We had him completely renovate our condo in Sunny Isles Beach while we were out of state. We trusted him completely and his work was excellent. May not be the cheapest or the fastest, but if you are looking for quality, Freddy and his crew are professionals, pleasant, and experts at what they do. I would be happy to work with them again if we have a future project.

Excellent job, Freddy was so responsible in completing the work. I live out of town and he was communicative when completing the work every step of the way. Always asking questions to clarify the job at hand and what we wanted; his attention to detail is great, ensuring that everything flows smoothly. We purchased a 20 years old condo in Sunny Isles last year that needed a complete renovation. Freddy simply took that huge job and made the old place into stunning beautiful modern condo . He is ethical , brilliant with his architecture knowledge . The most important part is we didn’t have any issues during this whole year of renovation.He handled all permits , trades etc . Look no further than this contracting company! I have had many contractors over the years, but no one compares to Freddy Vivas and FVA 26 Design & Build. He is not only extremely professional, but warm and friendly with a great personality as well. Living in NJ, it was important to find a Miami based company to gut an entire one bedroom condo and take it out of the 1960s. They needed to be trustworthy and reliable as the whole process was done pretty much virtually. Freddy not only designed the plans, but also offered amazing suggestions when we were unsure as to whether or not our ideas could be accomplished. Freddy came highly recommended by my realtor and I can see why. His patience, flair for design and great follow up resulted in a beautiful and contemporary home. We will be leaving NJ for our stunning new condo and we have Freddy and his team to thank for that. Contractors are a dime a dozen and most don’t even follow up with a proposal. Freddy is priceless.

Not being a resident of Florida I relied on Freddy's ( FVA26 Design ) knowledge and expertise in the remodelling of my condo. My husband and I are very happy with our beautiful renovation. Freddy and his team, the best quality design-build in Miami! Freddy is a true professional in what he does - he is quick, efficient and always accessible with great communication. Freddy and his team handled our project from A to Z, he did the architectural drawings, engineering plans, obtained permits, and finished our entire gut reno project by the promised completion date. I can’t wait to work with Freddy again on new projects in the near future.

About 2 years ago I decided to embark on probably one of the most challenging projects of my life, a total gut renovation of my recently purchased 1939 home in the middle of a global pandemic... To paint the picture, my roof was falling in and everything on the property was destroyed... Termites, Cast iron pipes, ceilings falling into bedrooms, water damaged beams, exposed wires, etc... Literally everything had to go... After my plans were completed and approved by the city, I spent a good 3-4 months searching for a contractor that I could trust and had the style of work I was looking for... I made appointments with at least 10 contractors, less than 5 showed up and only 3 actually sent me quotes... Only one followed up, Only one saw my vision, Only one made me feel taken care of....And that was FVA26! Ben and Fredy were on their game from start to finish... They were both checking in constantly, visited my site a few times per week, dealt with supply issue due to covid and even acted as therapists for me when unexpected issues would arise that weren't budgeted for... I'm the first one to admit, I'm not an easy client... I like things done perfectly, I notice everything but they were always there to deal with anything I didn't like or wanted done a different way.... They've dealt with terrible city inspectors, found solutions and made sure things keep moving along.... Were pretty much at the finish line with my project and I couldn't be more happy... All the finishes we selected have come together beautifully!! The attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship is exactly what I wanted... I sold my condo in Brickell and wanted my house to have the same vibe... They knocked it out of the park!! Mission Accomplished and then some!! A+++++

FVA26 Design and Build did a fabulous job in the remodeling, or better yet, total remaking of my kitchen and bar. They also installed the light fixtures, removing the outdated popcorn ceilings! And repainted the whole apartment. We could not be happier with the result. Our kitchen although small, it's completely functional. Everything is accesible and fits perfectly without looking cluttered. Freddy showed me a few of his many previous job at 100 Bayview Dr. in Sunny Isles, and I was confident I was hiring the right designer for what I wanted done. Before he rendered the desing, he asked me what I wanted and he executed my wishes to a T. He was always responsive to my texts and emails (which may have been a little much! Lol) but he had all the patience to deal not only with us the owners, but also with his crew. Thank you Freddy!!

We highly recommend FVA26 Design based on our recent complete condo renovation. We needed 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a walk-in closet, new floors, complete painting, electrical, plumbing and some walls relocated. The crew worked very hard; the demolition was quick and clean without much disruption to the other condo owners and with no damage to the condo corridors. Fred Vivas Agai drew up the required architectural plans, submitted all municipal required permits helped us with ALL our selections and made many useful recommendations and even shopped on our behalf. All renovations were ON TIME as promised. The quality of the materials workmanship was excellent. Throughout the renovations Fred kept us continually up to date of the reno progress and the billings detailing the work to date was accurate and followed the contract. All was professional. In our opinion we think that Fred and his crew are honest, fair and legitimately care about their reputation. Should we require any other reno projects we would not hesitate to use him again. Considering how many poor contractors there are out there, we feel fortunate we chose Fred.

The experience I had working with Freddy and the FVA26 Design and Build team was outstanding. Freddy completely gutted and remodelled a very old condo unit in Sunny Isles Beach and transformed it into a beautiful, light filled, modern space. With Freddy's extensive experience, architectural background and excellent design ideas, he patiently helped me choose the perfect flooring, tiles, back splash, counters, faucets, lighting, dining fixture, faucets, wall coverings, and closet designs. This condo renovation along with the subsequent projects i have hired Freddy to do have always been completed on time, professionally, and within budget. What has been best about working with Freddy, besides his great personality, and honesty is that he always stands behind his workmanship. He will always return to address any issue, big or small in an effort to please the customer and make sure everything is perfect. FVA26 team with Freddy at the helm did a fantastic job completely gutting and renovating our condo in Sunny Isles Miami. From start to finish, I felt Freddy (who is also an architect) was completely on top of every detail and was very accommodating when it came to us choosing flooring/granite/tile faucets/shower etc. We took down and put up walls creating a beautiful light filled space. The project was completed on time and we are thrilled with the finished product. I whole wholeheartedly recommend FVA26 for your construction needs.

FVA 26 was an absolute pleasure to work with. Freddy and his team went above and beyond to make sure my requests were fullfilled. We had a complete renovation 3 years ago with Vivas company. Mostly we're satisfied, like our Florida condo and trying to come from NY as often as possible. All people visited us express sencere positive reaction and interest. We bought 30+ year old condo and after Vivas' job live in a modern welcoming nice Floridian condo.
