Gathco LLC has through knowledge of construction protocols, procedures and the assorted government codes to be followed, they produce an exceptional product that has always been beyond my expectations. I would also say Glen plays well with others! Yes, I hear you laughing at that comment, but when you have a city inspector trying to be unreasonable, you want a general contractor that knows how to work through the hold-ups and that general contractor has to have a great business relationship with all the subcontractors on your job.
