GGC Construction

We hired GGC Construction to remodel our kitchen, laundry room and three bathrooms and we could'nt be more pleased. George, the owner, was on site supervising the project and providing us with suggestions while we were away, sending pictures and talking by phone. His workers were top notch professionals, detail oriented and did excellent work. George directed us to venders to look at materials and helped us select products that worked well with our design. We would recommend his company for any home remodel project. Joanne and Ron Jacobson

George Grose does great work. He gave us a good quote and off we went towards getting a new two car garage. Everything from the foundation up went well. As the the project manager, George took care of everything that needed to be done and had the experience and knowhow to do the things that we wouldn't have even thought about. Example, adding electrical outlets to the outside of the house before running electricity to the garage, and including lots of outlets in the garage. We didn't even have to worry about hardware choices, we left a lot of the decisions up to George and he installed top notch stuff. Everything looks and works great. Couldn't be happier.

A recommendations for a job extremely well done..... Having to remodel a kitchen and not really knowing where to begin, my 1st and only phone call was all that was needed. GGC Construction did it all. Listening to our ideas lead to 3 different floor plans he designed. We were amazed how quickly George pulled everything together, fortunately no surprises with structure so George was able to stay on budget, and the shocking part was how clean he left the work Site every day. Hired GGC Construction to remodel my home in Bloomfield Hills. I was very pleased with the results – great job, George!

After interviewing a number of builders, my husband and I selected GGC to build on our newly purchased lot. We worked with George throughout the architectural process and were impressed by his depth of practical knowledge and insights, which assisted in meeting both our budget and design expectations. We have now lived in the home for several years, and we are continually impressed by George’s high standard of quality. My husband and I always refer friends to George and would not hesitate to build with GGC again!

Originally built with GGC for our first home in Farmington Hills several years ago and since then we had decided to downsize. Based on our first experience, we knew we had to work with GGC again. Not only is GGC extremely attentive to our preferences, they are great at guiding customers throughout the selection and build process. My friends have had issues with other builders, but I was truly lucky to find GGC and now have a great home.

GGC Construction did a wonderful job remodeling our home! We shopped around a bit for contractors and GGC Construction came with great recommendations from a trusted friend. Overall, we were drawn in by the friendly, efficient service and great attention to detail of this local, family-owned business. George Grose did not disappoint. We were very happy with the entire process; he worked closely with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted, and there were no surprise costs or time delays as are common with other companies. Most importantly, I now have a kitchen that is both functional and meticulously crafted- I am proud to show it off to all of my friends! I would gladly work with GGC Construction again and highly recommend them to anyone interested in high-end and/or custom-built work.

i would highly recommend George and his company to anybody who is looking for a competent , high quality and honest builder . His professionalism, scheduling , quality and pricing is second to none. GGC Construction performed a total renovation to my 1950's home and turned it into a spectacular showcase home. GGC worked very closely with us and informed us of any changes in the plan. Their craftsmanship and quality in every detail is truly exceptional. Would highly recommend GGC Construction.
