I just completed my second remodel (kitchen, foyer and family room)with GMH. Just like the first time, they were professional, courteous and timely. They are always available to answer questions. If there is an issue, they are quick to respond with a solution. They keep the workspace clean and they neaten up tools and equipment each night. And they stay on schedule. I really like the app they use. It’s a great way to see the schedule, finances, ask a question, sign documents and review the contract. They also back their work. If there’s an issue once the project is complete, they are very responsive. I am very pleased with both remodels and I receive quite a few compliments about them. I highly recommend this company!

We chose GMH to remodel two bathrooms and our kitchen after an extensive search of well known contractors in Milwaukee/Northshore area. After meeting and discussing our needs and ideas, GMH proposed a plan to completely re-do all three projects down to the studs of our 1948 Tudor. The project was completed on time and on budget, which is important, but what really mattered to us was their work and how the project turned out. In a word, excellent, better then expected even though our expectations were very high. GMH is trustworthy, straight forward, creative and easy to work with, to the point of being in our house everyday for a few months at 7:30 in the morning over a cold winter and their teams kindness and consideration was terrific. I would work with GMH in the future without hesitation, they are total professionals.

Just finished our Master Bedroom and once again an excellent job. This is Project #2 with GMH Construction (Master Bath a couple of years ago). Went back to them for this project and very happy with results. Hard not to appreciate the work ethic of the entire team! The new project app is very easy to work with.

I would recommend this business to anyone considering a remodeling project! They were professional and knowledgeable. The project cost was reasonable too. I really liked the app they provided. I could ask questions, sign documents and check their schedule. They were on time and they made the remodeling process easy. Their employees were friendly and very professional. Dane and Greg were great to work with! And they cleaned up the site each night which was a really nice touch.

We wanted to do a whole bathroom remodel and started at the NARI show last winter setting up appointments with a number of contractors. Some never bothered to follow up, one was very expensive, two others did not seem to listen to what we wanted and preferred to do it their way. Greg at GMH understood exactly what we wanted, suggested some excellent ideas, and gave us a very fair quote (which pretty much equaled the final price - no changes or surprises). The project went well, pretty much stayed right on schedule and we are very pleased with the finished job. I'd highly recommend GMH for any remodeling project.

We had a great master bath remodel with GMH. Everyone involved was excellent. Greg, Dane and Julie were there to answer any questions. The remodel turned out better than we expected! We would recommend GMH for any job, big or small. Quality,price,project duration - all as promised.

We love our new kitchen! From the moment, we sat down with Greg, we trusted him and knew that he was our contractor. He was meticulous in taking measurements and making sure he understood what we were looking for. This was important because we wanted a wall removed, storage created and relevant function in our kitchen. The second time we met with Greg, he had a machine prepared sketch of our home so we could conceptualize placement of cabinets, appliances and lighting. As it turned out, he, his team and his suppliers exceeded our expectations while keeping costs close to our budget. When the cabinet costs seemed to take off to the stratosphere, he found a solution that allowed us to have the wood we chose and still have the quality we wanted. Greg did not just turn us over to a cabinet supplier, he was there in the meeting when we hit a bump in the road. The sub-contractors previewed the work and showed up on time to keep the process moving. They were professional as well as friendly with our very inquisitive dog. Every day, the crew cleaned up so we could continue to live in the house during major construction. GMH also uses a unique air filtering device. It is a super-giant HEPA filter that keeps the dust down in the rest of the house. The craftsman ship was better than we could have ever hoped. Their carpenters are true woodworkers and pay meticulous attention to the tightness of joints and finished color in all light situations. The detailed method they used was far beyond our expectations. I don’t think we had many changes to the original plan, but GMH was quick to respond and discuss cost impacts. There were recommendations by GMH that we had never considered and made our new kitchen complete and enjoyable. The richness added by the addition of furniture ends to our cabinets is more than we could have ever hoped for. The project was completed in less than their anticipated timeline which was a big bonus for us. I should mention that being a NARI contractor, they were sure to have all the necessary permits from the city and the inspectors were scheduled so as not to cause a delay in the project. We were so impressed by every facet of GMH, that we had them do our bathroom while we went on vacation. Once again, they exceeded our expectations and the bathroom is stunning. We cannot thank Greg and his team enough. We have lived in this house for 28 years and now parts of it are not only brand new but luxuriously so. Thanks Greg, Dane, Joe, Julie and everyone else. Feb 5, 2018 We thought we had a warranty problem with water on the floor. They came out the day after I posted a message with them. Turns out it was a small leak from the dishwasher and not a construction problem. Nonetheless, they fixed the problem - no charge. What great people! Thanks again Dane, Dennis Janssen

GMN Construction did a complete remodel of our kitchen while we were out of town. We returned and were very pleased with our beautiful new kitchen.Most of our communication with Greg was done via internet pictures as he kept us well informed of his proceedings. When any guests arrive at our home they all comment on the project Greg and his team produced We cannot comment enough regarding his prompt response to any concerns we may have had. There was a small issue with the bathroom drainage ( former project) and the owner of GMH Co. came and made necessary adjustments. Everything works fine now. Thank you.

My kitchen re-do event went well & the finished product looks great. The young men did excellent work & I'm looking forward to the addition of an "island" in the near future.

When I first met with Greg, he quickly understood my vision for a neglected 1950's ranch house. Instead of being skeptical, he offered creative ideas that took it even further toward my goals. From there, we worked together to create a plan that balanced dreams with cost. The end result was a complete makeover, inside and out, into a clean, contemporary home. GMH stayed in close communication over the entire 6-month project, which finished on time and very close to the initial budget. GMH really got behind my vision and made it happen, beautifully!
