Godspeed Development is a premiere custom home and renovation design firm. Led by Developer & Principal, JOAQUIN JIMENEZ. After studying at Southern Oregon University, Joaquin's entrepreneurial spirit drove him to his first residential real estate investment. Many homes later and driven further to understand market values; Joaquin earned an appraisal license, followed by both a real estate broker's license and a building contractors license. In 2007, while many were exiting the residential market, Joaquin is proud to have had the opportunity to establish a separate yet very complimentary, custom home & renovation design company; Ashley J Design After years in various real estate investment roles Joaquin started Godspeed Development based on the simple philosophy of observing and listening to the individual needs and wants of a particular market to then find the opportunity to step out and boldly serve that market need. Joaquin designed Godspeed Development to be in line with his own values; God first, family, then business.
