Brian and Pamela Haufschild, owner and operators of Haufschild Enterprises LLC, are real estate investors living in Port Huron, Michigan. Since 2006, we have purchased and renovated over 50 homes. As a licensed builder with extensive construction experience, Brian is able to easily analyze the remodeling costs for any property. We partner with and provide opportunities for individuals to safely invest in residential real estate. We flip homes and also hold rental properties. Homeowners who purchase homes from us are thankful that we perform quality renovations, with great attention to detail, and renovate every home as though it were our own. Our tenants are truly happy to live in our quality homes and many stay with us long term because we take care of our houses. We are actively involved in volunteering at our local church, and have 2 beautiful boys who are growing up fast and enjoy playing soccer, skiing, swimming, and boating. We intend to add value to the lives of everyone with whom we do business, and operate our business with passion, integrity and excellence.
