I had a master bath with a cave like walk in shower that was suffering from mold and dry rot . It was badly in need of repair and updating. The bathroom never had a door as it had a arched entry way. I found Goray builders through Houzz, and after interviewing several builders, went with David. We coudn't be happier with the work! David, gave us a clear and concise estimate that was in our budget, spent a good deal of time with us learning what we wanted and helped make some design decisions. He communicates well, his team are consumate professionals, so polite and thoughtful, as well as leaving the work site as neat as possible. Wilson is a pleasure to work with. David repaired all the nasty dry rot and more and all with in our agreed upon price. NO SURPRISES!! The end result is beautiful and something we will enjoy for years to come, and now I have a great door!

We first met David in 2019, when our tiny kitchen in our condo needed upgrading. We loved his work so much that after we sold our condo (the buyers said they bought it because of the kitchen) and purchased a new home that needed upgrading, we knew we would use David again. David helped us remodel our 1970s kitchen, adding color and slightly changing the floor plan to make better use of the space, and upgrade two early 1970s bathrooms. One bathroom was so small that we had no idea how to make it functional, but David suggested modest changes that made a world of differences. David is creative and budget conscious. His crew is friendly and hard working. And his subs are top notch. When we get ready for our next upgrade, we will definitely call David again.

Goray Builders and Team turned our tiered 1975 house into a gorgeous home. They built a wonderful, large new deck entrance, gorgeous new kitchen, laundry room & en-suite guest bathroom. The Primary Bedroom was completely reconfigured to take advantage of our Bay view. The bedroom ceiling was opened up into a cathedral ceiling, a large walk-in closet was created along with a fabulous Primary Bath. David Goray and his team are skilled and creative craftsmen. They are also very, nice people to have with you in your home!

David and his team helped us remodel our kitchen and master bathroom. They were terrific; we couldn’t be happier. We are now the proud owners of a beautiful and modern kitchen and bathroom. David was able to take our simple drawings and or vision and turn it into reality. David was always available to answer questions; he worked on the job site, which means he knew everything about our project and could advise us properly. If you need some work done, trust us, David, Goray Builders, is the way to go. David, Julio, and Wilson, thank you for the excellent work.

David re-did our main bathroom, half bathroom, and kitchen and we couldn't be happier with how they all turned out. David was great to work with, offering creative solutions to work with the nuances of our "vintage" condo. We would highly recommend him and if we ever have another renovation we will look to him to do it.

David remodeled 2 of our bathrooms in our mid-century style home. He did a fantastic job and highly recommend him. He is responsive, communicative, timely, and professional. The tiling and details in our bathrooms look beautiful and we couldn't be happier with our results. He was great with consulting with us on what works best and he is great with following up and making sure everyone is on the same page.

David is a delightful fellow to work with in terms of kindness, cooperativeness, ease to be around and genuine dedication to his work. He remodeled my kitchen and did an excellent job. He is creative and a good craftsman and can manage a large job well. He also is good at finding less expensive alternatives if cost is a consideration. I recommend him highly.

David Goray is a great person to work with on your remodel. David is thoughtful and experienced, and offered us tons of great advice on this, our first remodel. He and his team do high quality work in every facet of building, but their tile and stone work is truly outstanding! David remodeled our master bathroom, adding a walk in closet and a laundry room, new shower and enclosed toilet area. He also put in a new clear-cedar fence, covered our BBQ area, modified our pergola, installed a 90 foot french drain, and removed old landscaping. In addition, he upgraded all of our electrical junction boxes, and installed a new custom front door. He completed all of this work on-time and on-budget, and helped us get a great roofer when our roof and drains started leaking. After completing our project, he has helped us with supplying folks for electrical upgrades. We intend to ask for his help installing a new custom back door, and he sent us to a great garage door supplier who will be installing our new custom garage door. As you can see, David has a broad knowledge of every phase of construction, and is a pleasure to work with!

Great craftsmanship, reliable from start to finish. I had a few extra requirements and Goray Builders accommodated and delivered an end product we enjoy on a daily basis!
