Dave Gorum did a complete remodel on our home last year. Their work was prompt, professional and fairly priced. I would highly recommend Gorum Contracting for any project and would use them again.

We have worked with Dave Gorum and his team of professionals since 2014. Our vision was to turn our master bath into a "Car Wash." Dave helped us turn that vision into a reality. Our shower is really huge! We had a massive water leak in our attic which ruined our living room ceiling. Sheetrock had to be replaced then painted. This happened twice! Dave is our go-to guy for everything around or in our home. Even the condo we own and rent. If there is ever a problem at the condo, we call Dave and know he will take care of things. I highly recommend Dave. He is truly great at what he does.

Dave is a true professional, as he proved time and time again with the curveballs that our project kept throwing. The project started as an effort to reinforce an external garage that was starting to fail structurally. As each layer was peeled back to repair, either damage or incorrect construction in the original structure expanded the scope and complexity. Finally, we wound up only keeping some studs and the roof, completely rebuilding the rest of the structure. As an added challenge, Dave also installed a custom airplane hangar door, which has become the highlight of the building. We look forward to working with him again in the future!

Dave has worked with us on several projects from building a deck covering to a complete engineered carport, plus a kitchen and living area remodel. He also supervised a slab patio and a bank of cabinets for our current home. We took a ranch style home in Austin TX to make an. more open loft-like industrial space— we tore out the back wall and vaulted ceiling plus a fireplace to add a bank of windows and convert some dead space into a bedroom walk-in closet. His expertise and professional manner along with a friendly personality were exactly what we wanted in a trusted remodeling partner.

Dave Gorum did a great job for us on our custom home in Liberty Hill. As changes were needed, he was able to move fast and get those items started and completed without fail. He brought a wide knowledge base to our build. If we ever decide to build another house, we would not hesitate using Dave for the project.

Dave Gorum is very good builder/remodeler. I have used Dave on several remodels. Dave did a room addition and a kitchen remodel. I would highly recommend Dave Sold the home a few years ago and living in Temple, Tx now.
