My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

About Us

We are a family run business which is serving their clients based out of 5 boroughs of New York including Westchester , Long Island, CT and part of Jersey. I along with my brother started very young learning every aspect of the construction world - started as Assistance Manager then got promoted to Project Manager - Independently handled projects worth million and learned the entire life cycle of General Construction before starting our own "GOTHAM CONSTRUCTION GROUP" business. Our moto was to bring all the best practices learned to serve our client better.

Very unprofessional, and unaccountable, I was extremely disappointed with there service and customer service skills. Unreliable and don’t even explain for there miscues.

Per contract renovation of Coop was supposed to take 4 weeks. Turned into 3 months. Work needed to be checked on daily basis and corrected. Workers who worked on project were not there Best.

I am very happy with my new deck ..what makes me happy was how quickly the project was executed . Aurel gave us some idea which otherwise we would have never thought . We wanted to have modern stainless steel railing which was little above our budget Aurel did lots of research and got the railing all the way from Washington DC which was within our budget and worked out perfect for our backyard.

Aurel and Andy was extremely easy to work and they actually worked with me doing most of the legwork for us ..be it working on tight timeline , looking for the best deal for us as well . They did our kitchen remodeling recently and we are very happy the way it turned out ! I wonder look for future projects to work with them
