About Us

We are a general contracting company who is owned and operated by Greg Parsenow. Greg has over 26 years of general contracting experience. All employees have been working with Greg for years and are always clean cut, uniformed, and have had background checks. We perform residential and commercial work. No job is too small and we do a lot of work that other contractors just don’t want to do. We have 7 full-time employees. We are OSHA Certified, fully insured and are a Licensed General Contractor. No job to small we can do them all. We want to build a relationship with our customers so we are their go to guys. Something happens we want you to think ” Better call GPGC” they can fix it! Give us a chance you ll see were different than all the rest!

I found Greg through Houzz. Through an inquiry Greg responded quickly and his communication throughout our projects was great. We want to use Greg for multiple projects but started with the outside of our new home. The house is 22 years old and slightly neglected. The house needed paint, caulk, and rotted cedar removed and replaced. Power washing was done. Two crews worked on the carpentry and painting. Together they made the house look new. Some rotted deck boards were replaced, large windows needed caulking and a small fenced in area was removed. All in all they did a meticulous job. Gentlemen were on time and great to work with. They even spotted wood rot that needed attention we missed in the initial estimate! Even though this increased the balance on our payment we knew that every corner and crack had been fixed. Very pleased with their attention to detail. They even cleaned out the gutters!

Greg and his guys couldn’t do a better job for us if they tried. We got everything we asked for, in the time frame we asked for it to be done in, in very high quality, super nice and professional crew on top of it all.

I was happy with Greg & his employees. They cleaned up after the job unless I said I would take care of it as I needed to do a thorough job. They scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. I had no issue with the quality of work. Would recommend and I would hire again.

We hired them to power wash and paint our deck, power wash our house and put mulch around our landscaping. Our deck looked great and they got rid of the mildew on our vinyl siding which made our house look so much better. They were very professional and the jobs were done in a timely manner. This saved me so much time and labor.

Greg and his crew did an interior update of my residence before I put it on the market to sell. They updated cabinets and appliances in the kitchen, replaced all flooring through the house, replaced doors. The house looked great- so up-to-date!! It didn’t stay on the market long. Greg kept in contact through the whole process so that I knew what was happening!

I found Greg and his crew to be polite and acomidating. Greg is quick to respond to email and text, and has been there to help us with a couple of minor emergency repairs at our rental. His company was there to start our project when they said they would be, and they finished on time. They addressed any concerns we had with the job to our complete satisfaction.
