We worked with Brad and Grace Builders during the design and build of our home 8+ years ago. We also recently used Grace Builders to complete some renovations for us, installing a bar and media area on the downstairs floor of our home. Brad, Craig and the entire Grace Builders team, including the subs that Grace Builders uses, are extremely professional and have great attention to detail. We, without any reservations, would highly recommend Grace Builders for new home construction as well as renovation projects.

We are writing to recommend Brad Hutchinson of Grace Homes. Brad designed and built our new home in the Oleta Falls Retreat Community in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Simply put, there is not a single area of Brad’s work with which we were not completely satisfied. Brad designed a beautiful home that met and, in many respects, even exceeded our own vision. We are extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship that Brad and his subcontractors put into our home. We found Brad available and very responsive at all times including evenings and weekends and the only areas in which Brad exceeded the original budget was when we made changes and upgrades from what we had originally put into the original specifications. With respect to the budget, we found his estimates for allowances (e.g. appliances, flooring, plumbing, lighting, etc.) to be sufficient to provide a high quality of materials and/or products. With respect to our working relationship, we found Brad to be extremely personable and easy to work with. Even after the building process began, Brad was always open to our ideas and suggestions for changes and enhancements to the original design. We could always count on Brad being honest when he believed we were making a decision we might later regret and was at all times respectful, professional and calm. Our home in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina is the first home either of us had ever had designed and built. Even though we had read a number of books and educated ourselves about the process, we knew going in that there would be many, many important decisions to make. We were very lucky (even blessed if you will) to have Brad there to guide us throughout both the design and building process. Grace Builders built our home in Somersby in 2005. They did a wonderful job! Brad was easy to work with and he and his team are craftsmen. After 13 years we still love the house Grace Builders built. I highly recommend Grace Builders.
