Will is absolutely fantastic at understanding customer needs and wants then translating that to a beautifully funtional space. The quality of our home improvement with this service is top-tier at a reasonable price point. Will is very professional yet friendly giving the customer one on one care and expertise throughout the length of the project. We are ecstatic with the whole process and timely completion.

Grace Construction is fairly new company which is why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. The owner, Jay Colley is in the process of training his staff to deliver the finished project to his standards. Jay views your home as his and treats it with the same respect he would his own home and it shows in the completed project. I appreciated that he does not mark up materials such as appliances and fixtures but instead charges you his costs. He is attentive to your questions and concerns and responds promptly to any inquiry from his clients. In working with your vision of the completed project he provides options that will allow you to achieve your completed project at an affordable price. I am happy to recommend Grace Construction and believe Jay provides a great value and cost for your project.

I recently used Grace Construction to do some upgrades in my basement, to include a bar, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team was professional and knowledgeable, and they were able to complete the project on time and within my budget. They were also very communicative throughout the entire process, keeping me updated on their progress and answering any questions I had.
