Choosing Greeve Construction to build my house was the best decision I've ever made. I was in need of a home rather quickly and visited with Ricky about my options. I selected a house in the beginning stages of construction and though the color pallet and materials were pre-selected, I had the opportunity to tweak a few things to really make it my own. Ricky and his team focused on completing the house in the established timeframe, kept me informed of the progress along the way, and I moved in less than 3 months later. He has been very quick to respond to post-construction questions and issues I've encountered. Ricky is a superb contractor who cares about the quality of the houses he builds but more importantly, he cares about the people who call them home.

We brought a house plan that we had put together. After giving us some feedback Ricky gave us a reasonable bid and we selected him over the other two builders, partially because we felt he would be upfront and honest with us. We were correct. He continued to give us ideas and his subs were really good. They kept the job sight clean and were only slowed down by the weather. Our new home is just what we asked for and his suggestions made it even better. He has remained in touch to be sure to address any issues. We would work with him again and highly recommend him!

We purchased a new home from Ricky in May of 2018. It’s been almost a year and I’m still very happy with our decision. Ricky Greeve with Greeve Construction built my home in rural Pottawatomie County KS. We started from scratch, drew a plan together, and went from there. He did a fantastic job! Building a custom home can be overwhelming, but he struck the perfect balance between giving helpful guidance, and giving total freedom to do what we wanted.
