Greg doesn't remember me, but I worked for him back in the 1990s and was completely impressed with his level of craftsmanship, dedication to perfection and even temper and fairness. He had me finish a stairway he built with clear finish on rails and painted balusters. He wrapped that part of it up pronto, with no drama, no baloney, just his typical even-tempered mode of working that was relaxed and professional. He was great to work for, and his work was stellar. If I was to build a home, he'd be my builder. Keep up the great work, Greg.

I worked for Greg as a construction lead/forman during the 1990s. At that time, I considered our craftsmanship to be second to none. I appreciated that Greg took great pride in the quality of his product and allowed for me to do what was necessary to maintain a such a high standard. Greg built our nearly 4,000 SF custom home with many upgrades overlooking the Columbia River. He has the three most critical traits for a custom builder. He is trustworthy, hardworking and a consummate professional. We made a lot of changes and he worked extremely hard with virtually daily communications to get things right. We had talked to many Tri-City builders before choosing Greg and I would not even look again if I were to build. I would call Greg. People building their first custom home (this was not our first) must realize that not everything is perfect, but Greg did his best to make it that way. I designed the home myself and if I had it to do over again, I probably would have enlisted Greg's help on that. I had built my own home previously and thought about being the general contractor on this one. If I had tried to construct this house as the General Contractor myself, it would have cost more, had more issues and taken longer and my wife be less happy.

We chose Greg Senger to build our custom home in 2012 after a walk-through of a home he had for sale. We were VERY impressed with the quality of workmanship on that home, inside and out, and so we decided to meet with Greg to discuss building a home for us. We were not familiar with his company prior to this, but were pleased to find out that he has been in the construction business for many years. Greg was very helpful with some work we had done at my mothers house preparing for sale. He gave a fair estimate and got work done in a timely manner. We were pleased with the flooring job in the bathroom and the garage wall that needed repair. He even worked on the roof and saved me money so that a new roof was not required for sale to go through.

Greg Senger is my go-to contractor. Over the years he has remodeled 3 bathrooms, built about 800 sq ft of decking and in a super crunch, built a handicap ramp so my husband could return home. I trusted Greg to work in my home when I was at work. In fact, I once left for Seattle knowing he'd lock up and secure my property. I never had to do any cleanup after his crews left. I cannot imagine anyone else working on my property. He's competent, responsible, meets his deadlines and stays in budget. When I had a flooded basement he helped me get more coverage than the insurance assessed. He installed carpet throughout the basement and painted rooms damaged by the water. He's great!!!
