Griffin Mitchell Inc (Griffin & Evan) are wonderful to work with and without a doubt were the right choice for my wife and I. They were great communicators and really know what they are doing. We engaged the two of them early, before we purchased the lot, and they were more than happy to give us invaluable advice. Griffin and Evan did an excellent job and would highly recommend them as a top notch builder.

Evan of GMI is one of the best builders in our North Florida area. I can say that with confidence after choosing him to build our waterfront dream home. He spent over a year pricing the project with us because we did takeoffs on two complete sets of plans before deciding on one. Never once did he complain about asking for a better price from a sub when we requested it. Twenty two months of site work and construction later (It's a large house) I consider Evan to be a true friend. We made it through some trying days for both parties but he always solved the problem of the week with a fantastic attitude. Our home is full of ornate and oversized cypress beams and lumber that presented a big challenge to installers. Cast stone is everywhere. All floors are level with no transitions. Two semi loads of travertine were used. Innovative products that Evan found were included in our home. His knowledge of materials and technique are extensive and his core subcontractors are fabulous. I consider several of them to be among my friends now as well. We have been in our house for 18 months and everyday I still marvel at the accomplishment of a very talented group that put it all together.
