Brian and his team transformed our house and were wonderful to work with. I have given his contact information to multiple friends and neighbors who loved the work we had done. Brian was unflappable, calm and an excellent problem solver. The work was done on time and without any corners cut. The price quote we originally received stayed constant through the project. I can not recommend highly enough.

Brian and Ground Up General Contracting were so incredible to work with on our renovation! They were the only contractors to bring subcontractors out to our property to get accurate quotes, Brian was always great at communicating and showed up when he said he'd show up, and they ended up working in a substantial increase to the scope of our project without sacrificing the timeline that we had targeted. We literally couldn't have done our renovation without Brian, and have since recommended Brian to multiple other friends who have used Ground Up for their renovation work as well. In fact, Brian's done about half of our street's renovation jobs after they saw the work he did on our house! I really can't say enough good things about them - on time, on budget, always fast and clean, and so professional. In a world where contractors can be hit or miss, Brian and Ground Up GC is not one you need to be concerned about at all!

We had high expectations going into this project of adding a backyard kitchen, large shed, fire pit with built-in seating, a huge pizza oven, and in-ground trampoline all to match the quality and aesthetics of our home. It made the whole experience feel personal and positive from start to finish. The end result is a stunning backyard that blends seamlessly with our home and will be enjoyed for years to come. Ground Up General Contracting has been great to work with durning our home remodel projects. We used Brian for two major projects. The first was our kitchen, family room and dinning remodel, totaling changing the design of our home. The second was our master bedroom, bathroom and laundry room which we did about a year apart. The work was excellent, their sub contractors were craftsmen and Brian was on top of them all. He would keep us informed of what they were doing, deadlines were met and everything came in on budget. We would for sure use him again, and have recommended him to neighbors and family, who have used him are happy with the companies work.

I have worked with Ground UP General Contracting LLC in the past 6 months to have them update the Kitchen Cabinets i the home I purchased in October of 2023. Brian Devey, the owner was excellent to work with, he talked through with me a couple of options that could be done to improve the kitchen Cabinets. In the end I decided to replace all the door faces and paint them all a soft blue color, they are beautiful and have made all the difference to the improvements made. I still have one project to be completed by Ground Up Gneral Contracting LLC which will be completed by the summer 2025. Brian was a pleasure to work with on our basement finish. He was helpful, timely, and well organized. He had computer programs to show measurements, costs, and the completed design. The number of qualified sub-contractors he knows was amazing. They were always very cheerful, took direction well, and were also timely. We appreciated all of Brian's and the subs' ideas. They all worked long and tirelessly, willing to work evenings and weekends to get the whole project accomplished within a three month period of time. (All 2500 sq. feet!} We couldn't have asked for a more qualified contractor. We are absolutely thrilled with how the whole project turned out. And very much within our budget!

Ground Up was great to work with . We used Brian and his team for a commercial remodel in Sep 2023. And then we used him again for another commercial remodel in March 2024. He did such a good job that we had to use him again. Brian cares about his clients and is an honest contractor, which can be hard to come by.
