Grunt Construction

I don’t know where to start! Clint and his team are exactly what you hope for in a contractor. One of the most important parts of this remodeling process was the constant communication I had with Clint, including his ideas and suggestions. He was recommended by a designer friend of mine, and my husband and I couldn’t be happier. Even though his schedule was full, he knew we were in a bind, and did our kitchen on a weekend. What more could you ask for?! Our kitchen looks beautiful, and it was such a pleasure working with them. Highly recommend!

Clint made sure that everything was discussed before we began the project. We gave him our ideas and he offered his thoughts on anything that might not work. He offered alternatives and ideas based on his experiences, but he did push us in any way. Once the plans were agreed upon, he went gave us a time table and stuck with it through the entire process. The bathroom remodel was exactly what we asked for and we were very pleased with the results!

Very professional from the beginning all the way through. Had good subcontractors that came when expected and did quality work. Good communication with us in regard to design, scope of work and cost. Worked well with the Town building inspector. Smooth progression and care was taken with neatness at the work site. Happy with the addition and feel that it was well built in a timely and professional manner.

We received top quality on our project. Our questions and concerns were always answered in a timely manor. When we were concerned about how the kitchen island would look and fit in our kitchen Clint walked us through it and made suggestion/adjustment to the floor plan that improved the flow of our kitchen! He was great to work with, kept to the time line and at the end of the my work day I always came home to a clean construction zone! It was fantastic!

I purchased a home in Chichester in September 2018. I needed a kitchen remodeled along with a new generator and a living room update to accommodate our new layout. I contacted Grunt construction based on a recommendation from our cabinet supplier. I could not have been happier with the results and the quality of the work. Our relationship actually went beyond just this job. Since we were new to the area I relied on them for information and advice on other matters I needed done. They also did my snow removal all winter. A few emergencies came up before I could move in and Grunt construction handled them for me despite being beyond the scope of original work. Not sure I could have gotten though some of this without them. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and customer service.

Clint with grunt construction gave me an estimate, with the exception of some add-on's and changes, which were fully discussed and agreed upon, he stuck to the estimate! And again with the exception of some add-on's and changes which we again fully discussed and agreed upon he got the job done on the deadline we discussed! He does very professional work and we are very happy with the results. My wife and I would absolutely recommend him to others!
